Everything about my car buying process was an absolute breeze. Tuscaloosa Toyota's website being simple to navigate allowing me to browse a majority of their options and submitting a request for a trade-in quote. I was contacted a reasonable amount of times in regards to when I wanted to come in, and what vehicle I was most interested in. Bill Arnold made my car buying process as straightforward as can be, once he had an idea of the vehicle I wanted most, he chose the perfect fit for what I wanted, and my budget. Bill listened to exactly what I wanted, and was able to make it so the first car I drove, was the best option for me. From there, they were able to make the changes I wanted, while I spoke with Chad from the Finance Department. Chad explained everything to me, and made it fun and understandable while doing so. I explained my situation, and he made it happen. Overall, I have been, and will continue to rave about everyone at Tuscaloosa Toyota, thank you!

I was in the market to get a new lease for my daughter who goes to college in town, and the service I have had, from start to finish with the team at Toyota has been nothing short of fantastic. Michael was the lead sales guy who worked with me, and his professionalism, personality and knowledge were all exemplarily. we stayed in touch over the course of 4 months, he was never pushy, always accommodated my questions, and in the end was able to secure a fantastic deal for me. The follow up with Chad in finance, and John was also excellent. In short, if you are looking to buy or lease a car in Tuscaloosa, there is only one place you should go, and ask for Michael.

I go today too and I told him about the air condition. They say there are now how to do it. I buy the car. The air-conditioning is stuck all the time. Minivan 2023. It’s crazy. I have to make sure what’s going on if they’re not, I need my money back or I need the new car new van.

We came in on a Saturday looking for a Black 4 runner and we had special requests for the one we wanted to buy. Stormy went above and beyond to get us precisely what we wanted and she didn’t try and get me to change my mind or change anything about what we wanted… She was kind, precious person to deal with and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. She even gave me the option of waiting and having it customized to sit mu needs. She knew she would get paid or anything until the sale closed and there was always a chance another dealership might have it and I could buy from them immediately. But she was so good to us she had exactly what we wanted and even had running boards and stuff put on it that day. She’s a Godly woman and she definitely puts her relationship with God first and her customers second and made sure they were happy informed and I would trust her with my family anyday. I think she’s an asset to the company and she definitely brings peace and trust back into buying a car from her. I suggest you meet Stormy Williams before you buy any vehicles because she will find what you want and goes above e and beyond!!

I can't say enough good things about my car buying experience. I was in an auto accident and was forced to buy a car without a lot of time to do so. Drew McCook listened to what I needed, recommended several that fit my needs, and did a great job of explaining the pros and cons of each vehicle, specific to what he knew was most and least important to me. He was also very accomodating of the limited time I could spend test driving vehicles, because of some pain issues from the auto accident. He didn't waste any of my time in test driving vehicles that weren't exactly what I needed, and he was able to push all the paperwork through quickly and efficiently so that I could be in and out quickly. The entire experience was focused around my specific needs, physically as well as financially, which has not always been my experience in buying vehicles. Everything, from start to finish, was a very pleasant, professional, and easy experience.
