Wayne was creative with concepts and open to my suggestions to maximize the open space in my backyard with adding a putting green and a water feature. He was honest about the pricing and watchouts of window reflections interacting with the putting green. I am so happy with what we came up with. I highly recommend Turn-Key!

Wayne recently undertook a transformational project for our backyard. We had an entire raised planter put in with a travertine top, about 60 linear feet in total. In addition he installed wifi/bluetooth wiring for lights to highlight a butterfly/hummingbird garden as well as spotlights throughout the yard to highlight some of the trees. We had out original turf rolled back and lifted so that it was the same level as our travertine patio as well. The interior of our exterior walls were painted and our gate was redone to really make the backyard pop. We are going to continue having Wayne and his team do things to the yard as we come across this. Communication was good, mistakes were repaired timely as well. Response time as important to us.

We worked with Wayne and his team to completely renovate our backyard. They installed a complex irrigation system, over a dozen trees, turf, gravel, and a built-in BBQ.
