I’ve rented through most of the major property management groups across South Australia over the years, and my experience with Turner Real Estate has easily been one of the best.
I’ve been a tenant with them for the last few years, and throughout that time they’ve been consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely easy to deal with. What really stands out is how quickly they act on issues without making tenants chase things up repeatedly.
A great example was when a colony of bees landed at the property while I was out — my property manager actually called me before I even got home to let me know, that level of communication and care is rare.
It’s clear the team takes pride in both looking after tenants and maintaining the owners’ properties properly. After dealing with so many agencies in SA, I can honestly say Turner Real Estate has set a standard that others should aim for. Highly recommended.
