I called Turbo Garage Door when my old opener finally gave up. Vinny was out the next morning and quickly told me what was wrong and what my options were. He didn’t try to up sell me or pressure me into any service, just gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. He immediately put me on the schedule for early the next week, however I expressed my desire to get it fixed asap since we used it so much. He went out of his way to adjust his schedule to fit me in the next day. Install was quick and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the opener or the level of service. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks Vinny and Turbo Garage Door!

Called Turbo to come and service our door a few months ago. Just a lube and tune up as it hasn't had one done since we moved in. The service person even said they were very slow and tried to sell me on a new door. Since the maintenance, one of the springs snapped. They came out and fixed it for more $$. Now, a couple months later, our door is completely off its rails and crooked. Called a different place. They said Turbo installed the wrong size spring and didn't calibrate the drums correctly, causing the door to fail. So now we DO have to replace our door. Go find another company.

A broken spring is typically the result of normal wear and tear and isn't something that can be prevented or caused by routine lubrication or maintenance.

When we serviced your door, our technician recommended replacement because they observed the door was nearing the end of its service life, no other reason.

That said, we're disappointed to hear your door has since come off its tracks. We'd appreciate the opportunity to review what happened and see if there's anything we can do to help.

I called Turbo after my garage door spring broke. I was told they could be out to fix it in 4-6 hours. I received a call a short time later from Vinny. He told me he could come right over to give me a quote. The quote was reasonable and he had everything wrapped up within 2.5 hours of the initial call. Vinny was professional and did a good job on the repair.

A second update. A little over 2 years since Turbo installed the new door, a screw popped off. While the garage door still opened and closed, it was getting stuck midway, so I called Turbo again. Ohad again answered the phone himself (after 5 pm!) last night, and sent me Nick, the technician at 8:30 this morning! Nick was very nice; he put the screw back in, and now the door works perfectly again. This all took about 5 minutes. And: no charge!! This company is AMAZING. Thank you, Nick and Ohad!

Our garage door was stuck akimbo due to a cable break and we called Turbo Garage based on their good reviews. We called on Friday evening and they came Saturday morning. The manager, Vinny, diagnosed the secondary problem (the broken cable) and the root problems (the door tracks were not parallel, some roller brackets were damaged, and the spring tension needed to be reset). He then fixed everything in about 90 minutes. It's running perfectly - actually better than when it was new. Vinny was punctual, polite, knowledgable, communicative, and most importantly, effective. I am completely satisfied and can highly recommend!

You can stop searching and know you'll be treated fairly by Turbo Garage Doors. I received an original quote from another company (they were recently acquired and no longer a smaller, family owned business) and was told I'd need a whole new door/motor for $3k. When I asked about other options I was quoted $2,400 to replace the rollers, motor, and general maintenance. My spidey senses told me to get another opinion before committing- just seemed odd. Turbo was recommended by a few friends on Facebook. Turbo came in and I didn't mention the first quote. He looked at the same things, took a little more time, and said it needed new rollers but that with maintenance, I should have another ten years with the door. With all of the new rollers, maintenance and a couple of other parts I paid under $700. And my garage door hasn't sounded this quiet in months! The owner was on time, explained everything, and did quality work. A solid experience from start to finish.

This small, local company is the best. I had occasion to use Turbo twice, both times because I had damaged my own garage door to the point that it wouldn't close. Both times, technicians came to my house -- the first time on a Sunday -- within half an hour of my calling. The initial call was in 2019, and it was the owner who came to my rescue. He did all the work, and made my door look A-OK again. He was nice, quick and extremely efficient. More recently, I had to have door worked on again and Tyler was just like his boss: He did a great job working through my mess, he was nice and polite. If I could hire Turbo to fix everything at my house, I would. Highly recommend!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The first time I called Turbo was in 2019, when I (sigh) tried backing out of my garage too quickly and hit the darned door. It was so bent that it wouldn't close, and of course I couldn't leave my house. I called Turbo, and an employee came out within half an hour. Mind you, this was on a Sunday. I later found out that it was Turbo's owner who came out and made my garage door right again. More recently, on April 4, 2026, I had the same stupid accident, and this time Tyler came out. Like his boss, Tyler was at my house within half an hour of my calling. He not only fixed my door and the cabling, but also the wall switch, and he programmed another remote for me and did a PERFECT job. I can't say enough about Tyler and Turbo. It's the kind of company that I wish could fix everything at my house!
