I have done two of these workshops now and each time am fascinated by the method. It makes getting into the ice way more accessible as I understand the process. Felt great afterwards and Mark is so good at sharing the information and guiding people through it all.

I’ve been going to Marks sessions for over a year now and it’s one of my absolute favourite things. He’s a really reassuring and grounding presence and makes a space where I feel like I can push myself with the breath work. The music is always beautifully curated to carry me through and I always feel absolutely amazing afterwards. A full nervous system reset. I would really encourage anybody to try one!
