Their records system and communication is terrible. Made a big fuss about how the appointment had to be in the middle of the day because their dentist is gone later so couldn’t go after work like they advertise. They’re open til well into the evening. Spent 7 minutes confirming something they should have already received X-rays for and did not provide treatment.
I switched over to Tulare Family Dentistry because the staff literally made my daughter feel so welcome. She use to not like going to the dentist but since switching to Tulare Family Dentistry, when she knows we are going to the dentist, she get's really excited. The staff and doctor's are AMAZING and very easy to talk to. They make you feel very welcome as well. Thank you so much Tulare Family Dentistry.
