We had an excellent experience with RoofSmart from beginning to end. After dealing with a complicated roof issue involving our builder, working with RoofSmart was a genuinely positive part of the process.
Evan was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain what he found and what needed to be done. His confidence and expertise immediately put us at ease. When delays with the builder meant additional storms passed through before repairs could begin, Evan even returned to reinspect the roof and confirm that the original scope of work and estimate were still appropriate.

Our 4 year old home had a leaky roof as evidenced by water stains in our bedroom ceiling. I’m learning to have the roof checked before monsoon hits here. Inspection was thorough and found a few small areas needing repair. Inspector sent photos. Repairs scheduled within days and completed quickly, more photos. Efficient, courteous and professional.
