Worked with Shawn to do water mitigation after our kitchen plumbing issues. We ended up not having any mold but his team made sure the entire area remained mold-free. He spoke and worked directly with the water mitigation department of my home insurance. He communicated quickly, frequently, and professionally.

I have had two major water damage events in the past year. I used Steamy Concepts both times. My project manager, Bryant, was excellent. He and his crew worked quickly to solve my problems and dry the house out. They were very respectful of our property and made sure the mess was contained in the area. Bryant came and checked daily on how the drying was coming along. If I am unlucky enough :) to have more water damage they are the company I will be calling.

Fredy was very professional, and obviously experienced during our inspection. We had a leak behind our cabinets and he was able to have that area inspected by removing cabinets and had them back installed same day after inspection. He also secured my dishwasher which was never installed properly. Thanks Fredy!

Tucson Mold Removal Pros rebuilt my bathroom, which had a lot of water damage from 60 year old plumbing. They immediately detected the damp walls, came up with a game plan, did the necessary demolition (while removing rubble as they worked), and neutralized the mold. The plumbers came and replaced the pipes, and Tucson Mold Removal Pros helped get new cabinets, etc. and did a seamless restoration on my bathroom. Absolutely NO mess left behind. They were the most polite and honest people I've dealt with in a very very long time. Bravo guys!
