spoke to a women on the phone around 3 am, she was sighing during the entire call, she she said the call was confidential when i mentioned to her that the prompt told me that the call was not confidential (not to say she was lying but just to make her aware in case it was a mistake) she sigh again then hang up the call. it's clear people are not valued at this firm.

The worst lawyer I’ve ever had.his name was Joe/Joseph caladera ….I had a neighbor menacing and harassing me through threats and assaults, the lawyer (Joseph caladera) was a do nothing and extremely passive in his work….I could’ve done more. Now the firm are harassing me through email over a false small payment when I paid everything in full. And I have the proof that I paid in full in agreement with the firm. This firm are all shysters

Greatest law firm in the manhatan! They have 3 or more other locations which is extremely convenient and helpful. My experience with them was nothing but wonderful. I received great news recently and cannot be more thankful. I have recommended them to anyone who needs an attorney. Do not go anywhere else, this firm is what you need! This law firm breeched their contract to represent me. They charged my relatives $7500 to represent me for criminal charges surrounding a fraudulently obtained restraining order, filed by my wife. On the first court date, the attorney Mr. Santamonica, showed up late and completely unprepared, was unaware of the charges against me, when he had weeks to prepare, and then had the audacity to tell me that he would no longer be representing me, unless he was paid an additional $8500 to include a couple lesser charges that I was unaware of. He also, gave me incorrect information, stating that warrants were lifted, when in fact they were not, and did not advise me of such until 2 weeks later. My relatives could not afford to pay the additional $8500, so the attorney cancelled the services and offered a $1500 refund if I would sign and state that his duties were fulfilled, which I declined, as he did not in any way fulfill his contract. On top of that, the law firm had the audacity to charge an additional $142.78 after declining to accept partial refund, which makes absolutely no sense to me, they put negative marks against my relatives credit, and have been harassing me for over a year now for $142.78, after they kept $7500 for services that were completely unfulfilled. This law firm is a scam and preys on people that are already in a difficult position. I pray they go out of business, as they are not only horrible attorneys, but horrible people committing crimes against humanity. Avoid these thieves at all costs!!!!
