Nick was awesome throughout our whole homebuying experience. He explained things so thoroughly when we had questions and never got frustrated (we asked a LOT of questions). He was very helpful in breaking down each step and always keeping us up to date with emails and bullet points of documents we still needed, etc. He was also able to find us a loan after being turned down from another lender and worked with us after we were able to build credit and change the terms of the loan. He has a lot of insight in the world of homebuying, and I would highly recommend him!

I've owned rental property for over a decade, and as such, have worked with many lenders over the years, providing a handful of different loan products. Recently, I worked with Nick on a DSCR loan for an out of state purchase, and I have never experienced this level of - service, communication, insight, and detail - with any lender in my life. My experience felt luxurious, and for whatever reason, his pricing and rates were competitive with or better than all of the big players out there. It was the best of both worlds. I couldn't possibly be happier with my experience, and I absolutely recommend you reach out to Nick if you're in the market for a loan - the man just does business right.
