Huge thanks to Jake and Cameron from Trust 1! This was our third attempt to fix our Whirlpool HVAC system, after being told by two other companies the system needed to be completely replaced. Jake spent a lot of time diagnosing our issue and thoroughly explained the problem, without making us feel inferior, as non-HVAC experts. Thank you, Jake and Cameron, for diagnosing the root of the problem and concluding that we could opt for a repair instead of an entirely new system - we are so appreciative and can't wait for the parts to come in so we can have heat back before Christmas! Also, thank you to Jeanie who was so kind on the phone and helped us set all of this up - 5 stars to the whole Trust 1 Team!

Boiler replacement. Fast service great job on my complicated system both steam and forced hot water same boiler. Will take out their maintenance program. Had no heat two weeks. Local oil company could not fix

I had a toilet with a stripped anchor bolt. The work they ended up doing was to pull the toilet off, put it back on, and replace one of the anchor bolts (and new ground seal, etc.) in the process. I was charged $511 for 30 minutes of work! The tech was nice, but it was a rip off. What frustrates me the most is that when I scheduled the service, I asked for a price range and they couldn't/wouldn't give it to me. I asked 2 different ways. They wouldn't give me an hourly rate either because they said they quote by the job. Maybe they knew no one would hire them if they gave me such a high price range. Shame on me for not pushing more before letting them come to my house. If you have them come and don't hire them for the work it's a $79.99 service fee, which at their prices you're clearly not getting for "free" (which is what they tell you it will be). They did provide documentation and good communication about when they were showing up and the tech they were sending. And they were able to come the next day, even though it wasn't an emergency. All in all though, I did not walk away from this feeling good about doing business with this company, and I would not hire them again.
I’m pretty sure this company intentionally doesn’t fix issues and tries very hard to up charge you.

Perfect match for me! I’m elderly and need a toilet repair and my only other bathroom is upstairs. Asked neighbor and 10 other folks during 2 hours of searching for a plumber and the last one suggested TRUST1 right here in Quincy. Called at 2:30 and found they worked till 4:30 and would come along within the hour.
Polite knowledgeable and diagnosed very quickly. We talked two different options and they set to it. Work was done promptly and they did some trials and made 1 adjustment.

We recently had a leak in our newly finished basement and called Trust 1 to help identify the source. The initial service fee was about $65, which seemed reasonable. The technician, DJ, was polite and professional. However, what happened next was unexpected. Before doing any work, we were told they could possibly locate the leak if they cut a small square in our ceiling. We were quoted $955 for this alone. We were also told there was no guarantee they would find the issue, but that they were about “80% sure.” (so why wouldn't we do it). Wanting to prevent further damage, we agreed to the charge. After cutting open the ceiling, they still could not locate the leak, and we were left to pay almost $1,000 and left with a hole in our ceiling that they do not repair. In the end, we paid almost a thousand dollars, received no answers, and now have additional repair costs. We understand that not every problem can be diagnosed immediately, but the pricing for a service with no guarantee felt misleading, and the outcome left us feeling taken advantage of. We hope this review helps other homeowners make an informed decision.

Had a wonderful experience with Eric C. and their apprentice Cameron O.
They came in for a inspection and pointed out where some parts were good with plumbing, and where of the issues would be long term. They gladly showed where and gave the cause of the issues and how to maintain it long term.
They were able to replace some valves same day on the inspection.
