My review is related to company shipments
I had ordered X amount of bottles of 500mg with FedEx 2 day air. I had received my order in 5 days only, without any explanation. When I called, their line was busy, I left few messages Jo one got back to me.
As I had unpacked my order, I had noticed 2 bottles destroyed. Shards of blue glass got on other bottles, and one of them stuck in my finger, under nail. V painful. Took me a while to get it out and stop bleeding.
All sealed air packages , that protecting inner box with bottles were busted besides one. Improper packaging, endangering customers!!!

I have been taking this in 2 weeks. I don’t feel any positive effects. My energy and focus is extremely poor. I had to start taking it in the afternoon since I have to work and not fall asleep at my desk. I also have a hard time falling asleep. Not sure if this is just a initial side effect and if I should continue. I might have to try something else…

People keep telling me I look a lot younger than my real age (71). I take one a day and I am happy with the product. I have completed a great amount of researching and learned that this is the original and the best. They are first and I imagine they will remain first. DO NOT settle for knockoffs or other formulations. Get the real thing and you will be happy. Although these are expensive, I am comfortable that they are worth it. Look for an auto ship deal (such as Subscribe and Save) to get the best price and auto ship discounts. Be cautious of the capsule size - 150mg vs 300mg. I prefer the daily 300mg versus two 150mg.

DO NOT TAKE if you have auto immune condition. This product will cause major flare ups. I have RA and before taking this I was in remission. Now, after taking TRU Niagin for a year, I’m getting BOTH my knees replaced this year. Im seriously considering a lawsuit.

I don’t think these are supposed to be for sleep or for pain relief, as far as I know. They seem to give me clean, all day energy though. Like clean caffeine that lasts all day, if I take them in the morning. If I take at night, I tend to wake up a couple hours earlier than I wanted to, so more useful to me to take in the morning. Not like, super woman energy or anything, but about like coffee without having to drink coffee.

Like everyone, I had high hopes for this product. I did listen to a number of video reviews of this. I took this for a couple of months in mid 2018. I suddenly felt numbness in my right leg and arm reoccurring for several days lasting for a few minutes at a time. I stopped taking it for a week and the symptoms stopped almost as soon as I stopped taking this.I elected to take it again. Within days I woke with limited sensation on my entire right side. A day stay at the hospital and MRI indicated transient strokes. I stopped taking this supplement, my symptoms are gone.I attempted to contact the manufacturer. I left phone messages and sent emails. There was no response from them.Every critical review here drew a reply from the manufacturer. My issue might be completely unrelated but I expected a response. I refrained from writing a review because I do not want to add to the confusion anyone might has with this supplement. Amazon prompted me to write a review and finally I have written it now.

I’m 80. Been taking imagen and nmn for 4 or 5 years. Few month ago I increased the dose of nmn to around 1000 mg. Sever heart burn resulted. switched to Nr 260 mg and heartburn better but still have some. Enjoy the effects. Hope I can continue taking it.
