I'm very particular about my cars. Ian and I had worked together before on a wash-and-wax for our BMW SUV, and I was so impressed with his professional approach and fantastic work that he was an easy call when it came time for something bigger.
This time we had both of our Tesla Model 3s ceramic coated, and Ian's Elite Mobile Detailing exceeded every expectation. The prep work and attention to detail were meticulous, the coating looks flawless on both cars, and the hydrophobic effect is exactly what you hope for — deep, glossy, and slick to the touch. You can tell he uses top-tier products and genuinely takes pride in his work. Doing two cars back to back within a week was no problem at all.
Add in the convenience of mobile service (he came right to our driveway), easy communication, and fair pricing, and it's an easy five stars. His wife is an absolute delight to work with for scheduling and any questions along the way.
If you want your Tesla protected and looking its absolute best, give Ian a call and schedule ASAP. We're already booking him again for our BMW SUV, plus regular maintenance every 10 to 12 weeks. Best detailer in Charlotte, hands down.

Jesse & the team at TruLift are now my go to for all things concrete! I have used them twice. Once for an amazing job fixing/lifting some concrete by our pool and now again a few years later adding sealant to our pool deck and pool coping. Communication from quote to job completion was clear and honest. Jesse really looks out for the customer and takes pride in the job that they do, including the end result. I Highly recommend TruLift. Jesse and Gaege did a great job. My porch concrete had dropped about 2 inches sloping toward the house. I was a little worried about how noticeable the drilled holes would be after the fix. But by the time they did their clean up and patch to the holes, I barely noticed them. Now, after a week, they blend so well I don’t notice them at all. I also liked how “in touch” they stayed with me. From the time I talked to Kimberly to schedule the appointment, to a few days after the install. The entire process was so easy. From set up time to clean up time was less than 2 hours. Going with a family-owned business is so much better than a franchise. More personal and more concern to do the best job they can for the customer's satisfaction. Their pricing was fair and the job was professional. I would and will recommend them.

This Is the BEST OVERALL armed security train in North Carolina. I had a fantastic experience with Eric. Being brand new to the security Industry I struggled early one with e the Shooting qualification He kept pushing me and taught me a lot with what I needed to do and I was able to pass on my 3rd attempt.
