The men that do the work are great. Very nice folks. They installed my heat pump and ran all new ducts for me in dec 2018. My elect . bill has gone down since then $200.00+ a month . Thank you guys your great!!!!!!

Fan motor went out Friday night, February 6 so no heat. Thankfully I had back up heat. Contacted True Temp Heating and Air at 8:15 Monday morning, February 9th. A tech arrived at my home by 9:00am; ,determined the problem as the fan motor. The part was ordered on Monday. I was contacted at 11:38am Tuesday morning, February 10th was advised the motor is in and a tech will be out after 1:00pm. Tech arrived 1:59 pm left at 2:48 pm after making sure the unit is working. I’ve used this company for years. Always professional and timely in making repairs when contacted.
