Katie was recommended to us by our venue, and I’m so glad we chose to work with her. From our very first conversation, we knew she was the perfect fit.
She gave us some “homework” — a set of thoughtful questions about our relationship, how we fell in love, and what we love about each other. It ended up being such a lovely pause in the midst of all the wedding planning — a chance to reconnect with the why behind it all. Later, we met Katie for brunch where she went through our answers, got to know us properly, and really tuned into the vibe we wanted: relaxed, a little humour, and lots of love.
Katie also helped us prepare our vows and made sure everything was organised well in advance, which really helped take the pressure off. On the day itself, she was incredibly patient and supportive — even when we made a last-minute call to hold the ceremony outdoors with rain threatening. The ceremony turned out beautifully. It was exactly what we’d hoped for.
Katie is an absolute gem — warm, welcoming, and an amazing communicator. She makes you feel so comfortable, like you’ve known her forever, and you can tell how experienced and capable she is. We felt completely safe in her hands.

We were recommended Katie by our venue (St Julians), and as soon as we met her, we knew she would be perfect. She had such a calm, warm presence and immediately made us feel at ease.
Throughout the planning process, Katie was helpful, thoughtful and full of great ideas. She guided us in writing our vows, helped us choose readings that felt really meaningful, and always gave suggestions without ever being pushy. We wanted to include a cocktail making element in the ceremony, so we opted to make a Baby Guinness shot together, Katie loved the idea and blended it into the ceremony with ease.
On the day, she made us feel so relaxed and comfortable, it was such a comfort to have a friendly, reassuring face standing with us at the front. The ceremony delivery was absolutely perfect. Nothing felt rushed; it felt heartfelt, personal, and full of warmth. You could tell Katie genuinely cared.
Our guests were full of praise, so many told us how engaging, unique and personal the ceremony felt, and how refreshing it was compared to a more traditional format. Katie captured who we are as a couple beautifully, and the whole experience was more special than we ever imagined.
We honestly couldn’t recommend Katie highly enough to anyone looking for a celebrant-led wedding. She made our day feel really special.

Katie did such an amazing job with planning and conducting our ceremony! Given that we live over 120 miles away, all of the planning had to be done virtually, and still it was fantastic!
She included every request we made about our ceremony and gave us suggestions towards our vows. She “married” us on our first legal wedding anniversary, so it was extra special for us to have her conduct the ceremony on our wedding day!
My only regret is not having a picture taken with Katie on the day.
Katie was amazing as our wedding celebrant! She talked us through ideas for the ceremony and wrote us a lovely poem for the wedding day! She even helped us with other aspects of the wedding day such as recommending places to buy flower confetti etc. We got lots of lovely comments about how unique our wedding ceremony was. We met with Katie a few months before our wedding and spoke on Zoom several times too. She was incredibly friendly, warm and kind and we felt like she knew exactly the type of ceremony we wanted. We also filled in Katie’s form to get lots details and personal elements into the ceremony. Katie met us at the venue the day before for a rehearsal. This was so useful and we made us feel very prepared for the following day. Her advice and recommendations were spot on. We also used Katie’s PA systems and beautiful ceremony playlists.
The ceremony itself was perfect and Katie delivered it beautifully on the day. So many guests complimented the ceremony and how well it matched our personalities compared to a regular registrar ceremony.

Me and Ana found Katie literally one month before the wedding and we were worried we would not have time to give all the details or put together anything special.
As we did not have many people, no godfathers and only one of our parents as guests we desperately needed someone to guide us and calm us down when panicking about the nearing event.
She was so sweet and kind and mothered us all the way caring to our feelings and asking us all the right questions to make the event suitable for us.
We shared our love story with her and she wrote a script that had us stop eating and start crying at a restaurant when we received the first draft.
Honestly there ceremony was turned from what could have become a disaster into one of the most emotional moments in our lives and our guests were witnesses to it, wonderfully narrated by Katie.
