I always enjoy stopping by tropical juice bar once in a while, and this visit was especially great. Jesus and Jenny, were extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. He suggested adding lettuce and tomatoes to my sandwich, and he was absolutely right it was a great addition!
The drinks are also high quality and taste delicious. I’ve had consistently good experiences here and would definitely recommend this place to others. Great service, great food, and great drinks!

Very disappointing experience. This morning placed an order for pickup and arrived about 15 minutes later. My smoothie was sitting out on the counter instead of being refrigerated, so by the time I received it, it was warm. My empanadas were also sitting out.
When I asked why the smoothie had not been kept cold, the employee was very rude and there was also a language barrier, the worker did not speak any English , which made the situation even more frustrating. After tasting the smoothie and realizing it was warm, I politely asked for it to be remade. She snatched the drink out of my hand, threw it in the garbage, sucked her teeth, and proceeded to remake it with a very unpleasant attitude.
On top of the poor customer service, the smoothie itself was not good. I ordered the Juice Bar Strong with almond milk and light sugar, but it barely tasted like fruit and was extremely watery. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and service.
Unfortunately, between the way my order was handled, the rude customer service, and the disappointing smoothie, I will not be returning.
***UPDATE: ****AFTER POSTING MY REVIEW, THE OWNER, DIANA, CONTACTED ME REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE. DURING THE CONVERSATION, SHE OFFERED ME A FREE SMOOTHIE IN EXCHANGE FOR DELETING MY REVIEW. WHILE SHE INITIALLY SEEMED CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED, THE CONVERSATION LEFT ME FEELING LIKE THE MAIN FOCUS WAS GETTING THE REVIEW REMOVED RATHER THAN GENUINELY ADDRESSING THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I EXPERIENCED.
A FREE SMOOTHIE DOES NOT CHANGE WHAT HAPPENED, AND I BELIEVE CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO SHARE THEIR HONEST EXPERIENCES.
