Our experience on the Skaftafell Ice Cave Tour and Glacier Hike was absolutely unforgettable. The tour was very well organized from start to finish. Our guide - Jay is professional, and friendly, making sure everyone felt safe. The pace was comfortable, and we had plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the surroundings. Walking on the glacier itself was an incredible adventure. It’s an experience that combines excitement, beauty, and a deep appreciation for nature. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Iceland—it’s a must-do activity that will leave you with lasting memories.

Everything is good Such an amazing trip. The price is reasonable, and the spots are magnificent. Our guide Rockey is an interesting, professional and an enthusiastic person who made the whole trip unique and unforgettable. I especially love that the guide adjusts the schedule based on the weather conditions, and he will also share some fun facts and information about the sights and history. He tried so hard to let us see the northern lights though the cloud coverage was very high during the days. Anyway, thank you for this trip.

strongly recommend！ I highly recommend the troll 3-day minibus trip led by Rocky!!! Rocky is an excellent guide, driver🚗， storyteller and DJ🕺. He can get everyone in the mood and make the journey enjoyable. He is also very good at telling the stories of the scenic spots. The carefully arranged trip can make you fall in love with Iceland🇮🇸❤️!

Pretty good The experience was fantastic. My guide, Rocky, in particular made my trip incredibly enjoyable. He had his own ideas about tourist attractions and created a perfect itinerary for us, and would even take us on a drive to chase the Northern Lights when possible. If any of my friends visit Iceland, I will definitely recommend this tour and Rocky.

We’ve just finished the 6-day tour with Trolls.is and honestly… WOW. What an unforgettable experience! Our guide Godwin was absolutely outstanding — an incredible driver who kept us safe every step of the way, even in some wild conditions. His calm nature, knowledge, and care made the whole journey feel effortless. A special shoutout to Eddy, our guide on the glacier tour — he was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole glacier experience both fun and completely safe. One of the absolute highlights of the trip! The timing at every stop was absolutely perfect for this time of year — just long enough to explore and enjoy, but not long enough for us to freeze to death! They’ve clearly mastered the art of winter touring. There were so many highlights it’s hard to list them all, but the whale watching was next-level unforgettable. Watching them feed at the surface was magical and honestly the perfect way to top off an already magnificent trip. The hotels along the route were excellent, and the beds were unbelievably comfy — exactly what you need after full days of exploring. And the sights? Everywhere we went was out of this world. Every stop felt like stepping into another planet. Iceland is a spectacular country, and seeing it through Trolls.is made it even more special. The group of people in the group was the icing on the top. If you're thinking about booking this tour… do it. It exceeded every expectation. Highly recommended!

Went on the South Coast tour with Glacier Hike as part of our first time in Iceland. We had an unforgettable time with our bus tour guide, Rocky, who was very funny as well as informative as he drove us around the bus. He even stopped for an impromptu view of the Aurora on our way back to Reykjavik which was not part of the tour but just the perfect way to wrap up the day. I also appreciated our glacier hike guide, Gabi, who got us along the hike safely and also shared some valuable information about the glaciers.

Had the time of a lifetime with Fredrick and Edgar! Our group of 18 had some older folks and the snow was really mushy and wet but they got us all through with flying colors! The ride across the lava fields was as much of the adventure as the cave was!

Iceland is beautiful, but this tour (operated by Troll Expeditions) ruined half of my trip. This experience was a huge disappointment and a safety hazard. Sincere advice: Save your money and book with a different agency. ​Safety Violation: The guide was texting while driving on icy winter roads. This dangerous behavior put the entire group at risk and is completely unacceptable. ​Missed Highlights: We skipped major attractions like the Glacier Lagoon without any valid reason. This was the main reason we booked this tour. ​Accommodation Bait-and-Switch: The hotels were changed to inferior locations without our consent. ​Poor Time Management: The guide arbitrarily changed meeting times and schedules, wasting our valuable vacation time. ​Useless Support from Guide to Iceland: Complaining to the platform was a waste of time. They charge higher prices than others but provide zero service when things go wrong. Northern Lights Retry Our first go around we unfortunately didn’t get to see any lights, so we rebooked for tonight with Juliana. She was amazing!!! She was honest about everything the whole way through but did everything she could to make sure we got the most out of the experience. Even though the lights were faint we got to see a bunch of them. She stopped driving a few times so that we could catch the lights before they faded, and when she parked she did so in a way that blocked the wind. Can’t thank her enough!!!

Um passeio inesquecível e incrível! Tive uma experiência excepcional com Tröll durante o meu grupo pequeno de 8 dias (apenas 11 !) Winter Ring Road Tour. Eu pude ver e fazer muito mais do que se eu tivesse tentado juntar essa viagem e dirigir-me, especialmente durante a temporada de inverno. As acomodações eram limpas, e incluiu o pequeno-almoço, bem como opções de jantar. Alguns dos alojamentos estavam no campo, o que era ideal para ter sorte de ver as luzes do norte! O pequeno ônibus era limpo e confortável, tinha bom WiFi e muito espaço. Os dias e paradas nunca se sentiram apressados e tivemos muito tempo para explorar e desfrutar. Nosso guia, John, foi entusiasmado, envolvente e extremamente informado sobre todas as coisas da Islândia. Ele nos entreteu com seu humor incrível e playlists de música temática enquanto viajava. Ele trabalhou tão duro para garantir que todos no nosso grupo diversificado tivessem uma experiência fantástica. Ele foi capaz de planejar com antecedência, girar rapidamente de acordo com o clima e as condições da estrada, e ter certeza de que não perdemos nenhuma parada planejada. One in a lifetime experience! I can't describe the experience. One of the most beautiful things I've ever done in my life. Definitely worth the money! The feeling is crazy!! Swimming between two tectonic plates, surrounded by snowy mountains, absolutely gorgeous. Our guide James was amazing!! Polite, knowledgeable, calm. Picked up on the fact that I panicked a little and distracted me by telling me facts about the surroundings. I can't recommend him and the rest of the team enough. Thank you James and Lilian for a one in a lifetime experience!!
