What a bunch of crooks. Avoid at all costs. Started out wanting $2200 to install an electronic water cut off valve. Then dropped that to $1100. I have all the equipment. Its 3 hours work at a maximum and an rady job with eady access and exposed pipes in the garage. Thats almost $400 an hour for a simple job. Thats fraudulant exploitation. Avoid this company at all costs.

I have had the most amazing experience with this company…especially with a gentleman named Ryan Andrews. He really and truly knows his stuff. He installed two new thermostats in my home and explained, in detail, how to work them and how to use the app that makes changing the temperature a breeze. He’s extremely honest and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him. His specialty is air conditioning and heating. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

Ryan did an excellent job of finally figuring out what was wrong with our system. The previous two service calls didn’t solve the problem. Unfortunately now we have water damage that could have been prevented. 9/30/26 This is the second time we have had Ryan to help us with our system. He solved our problem immediately and prepared our second unit to be ready to be reinstalled, without the extra expense for a drain pump. This is the only person I want going forward to maintain and service my AC units. This is the best customer service ever!
