Nice people, very helpful, very accommodating. . Unfortunately, their business model is to send a tech to investigate the problem and subsequently issue a report and a quote for the repair. Upon acceptance of the quote, they then order needed parts and schedule the repair based on parts delivery. In our case, the expense and delays are incompatible with our needs as a restaurant with commercial appliances. Part of our particular problem is that they are 80 miles away (one of the nearest big cities from our little town). The last investigation visit cost over $700. This included no actual repairs or parts, just scouting. Their windshield time and fuel are expensive.

Called on a Sunday for an emergency service to one of our walk in freezers. Phone was answered and I was told they would be able to get out there today (Sunday) to take care of our unit. Was called back an hour later by an actual tech and they said since we were a new customer it would have to be tomorrow (Monday) because we needed to get our card set up any all account information. Made sense to me, but I was assured we would get service Monday. Called back first thing Monday morning, and was told by the office/answering service we could get it done today, just needed more information. After giving all of that, was called back in the middle of the day and informed it would be a few days before service was completed. Just a complete waste of valuable time, and a lack of remorse for our situation. Would recommend SurePro or 512 Refrigeration instead as both were easy to work with and offered clear communication from the initial phone call to the scheduling with tech.
I hired Tri-Point for my company to do regularly scheduled filter changes and preventative maintenance. They have been a so nice to work with. Very organized, timely responses, good communication and good quality work. They have gone above and beyond to point out things that could be set up in a more efficient manner. Highly recommend them.
