We cannot thank Colin and James enough for everything they have done for us throughout our house purchase… From the outset, they managed to secure our mortgage on what was initially an incredibly tight timescale, but what really set them apart was the level of service they provided throughout the entire process. As anyone who has been through a property transaction knows, things rarely go smoothly, and our chain experienced multiple setbacks, delays and even came close to falling apart altogether. Despite this, they were always available, proactive and one step ahead. They consistently kept us informed, chased lenders when needed and provided reassurance during what became a VERY stressful process. Their personal approach made a huge difference to us.
