A 6 STAR COMPANY AND MORE! Ever since day one of contacting Trinity finance to get help for my mortgage application. I would give them 6 stars if I could do and more! Lauren who was my case worker guided me through every stage and was always a phone call away with advice and guidance. Lauren was also only an email away which was also super handy for myself! The professionalism and output from the team and Lauren from the moment we was in contact and to the end of the process was also faultless! It is very much appreciated and I can't thank you enough for helping me secure my first mortgage. Never did I feel like I couldn't contact any member of the team at any time for help! Every body was super helpful and always on hand. I have also had contact with other members of the team and this was with Kimberley. A rather thoughtful lady who explained everything to me about my offer and made me feel at ease throughout our conversations. If anybody is looking for mortgage advice and help with their application. There is only one company I'd use and this is Trinity Finance. Thankyou ever so much!

I am writing from my daughter's account as I don't have a google account. However, Dean and Vincent were exceptional. As first‑time buyers with no idea of the process of purchasing a property in the UK, me and my partner were really nervous about the it, but Dean and Vincent made everything feel straightforward and manageable. From the very beginning, they took the time to explain each step clearly, ensuring we understood what was happening and never felt overwhelmed. Since we are not originally from the UK, we were very unsure of the process but Dean and Vincent were incredibly responsive, always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and they reassured us whenever we felt uncertain. They went above and beyond by helping us stay in touch with our solicitors and supporting us whenever issues came up, whether related to the mortgage or the legal side. Even when much of the process was handled by the solicitors, Dean and Vincent remained actively involved. They followed up with calls to ensure progress was being made and took the time to explain aspects that the solicitors had overlooked or failed to clarify.
