Exceptional service and amazing products.
I ordered 5 personalised decorations at 11.50pm and they were ready by 2.30pm the next day. I opted for collection and the wonderful woman checked each one individually with me. Will most definitely be using Trim the tree next year.

I couldnāt praise Claire at Trim the Tree enough. I emailed looking for advice about a tree ornament for a very special gift for sentimental reasons. I wasnāt sure what direction to go in with this but Claire recommend 3 options and advised me on these making my choice very easy.
When I received these decorations they totally exceeded my expectations. There was plenty of tears shed! I gave them out to family and again they were just blown away by how special these were. Itās easy see that what Trim the Tree make they make with love. Will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to everyone . Xx

I am very disappointed with the service I received this year. Iāve been ordering from trim the tree since 2021 and have never had an issue until this year. I emailed the company explaining the issue with my order and have heard absolutely nothing back from them.

I feel a bit of an interloper as I am not a Trim the Tree customerā¦.but my husband is. 17 years ago when we were living in Dublin, we went to the RDS for the Christmas show. I saw the Trim the Tree stall and fell in love. My husband and I choose a design and were delighted with it. Our lives have changed a lot over the passing years. We have loved and lost friends and family, moved countries, moved houses, lost belongings in floods, etc etc . The one constant we have( and thank God our Christmas decorations go to a storage unit so we didnāt lose them) are our memories and Christmas decorations.
Every year my husband buys me a Trim the Tree ornament. I cannot tell you how much they mean to meā¦.nor the level or personal service. This year, for example, when the ornament arrived, there was a hand written note asking us if we were ok after the recent floods in our area in Spainā¦.we were blown away by the thoughtfulness.
I have suddenly realised that people donāt tend to read long reviews so I am going to sign off and write another one tomorrow.
Just one last thingā¦..I feel the team is part of my family. They have seen our changes over the years.

I've been using Trim The Tree for the past 8 years, but even more than usual over these past 3 years as I can finally start buying the milestone decorations for all my family and friends as they're growing up. It's such a thoughtful gift, I love them so much! 10000/10 would recommend āØ
