TriCo Exteriors put us in a roof that I call my Beautiful Roof ! It is what I call 3-D. They were very meticulous and didn’t damage anything! Left my landscape untouched and everything was cleaned up after completing the job. I more than highly recommend this company ! Will use them again !

Trico Exteriors replaced my roof about 9 years ago. They were very professional, and didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need. They have been in business and in the Tri-County area for I know of over 40 years. That also provides comfort knowing that they aren't a fly by the night roofer. I can not recommend them enough!

I am so thankful I was able to find this company. I had a hole in my roof and was a bit worried with unpredictable rain showers of SC. And I know I was asking for a tall order for same day. But they did and even took a look to make sure nothing happened in the attic from where the hole came from. I am truly so appreciative and would highly recommend.

Big shout out to Rusty at TriCo exteriors. In a world where everyone is trying to sell you something- it is great to find an honest opinion. He came out to give an estimate for new insulation in our 1950’s house- we had previously gotten a $4500 estimate to remove the batten insulation and blow new insulation- Rusty took a look and said we are fine- the insulation has a lot of life left in it and we would not get a big bang for our buck by changing it out. Also his over all quote if we did want to do it was significantly less than the other company. When we need to get this kind of work done- I’ll absolutely call them again.

We had a home built in Carnes recently and found water leaking through the roof and into the attic. I called Trico and they came out the same day to investigate, take pictures, and walk me through the process of getting the original roofers out there and have them remediate the problem. Even though Trico didn't do the roof install, they were instrumental in getting the problem resolved, all in about 24 hours. Thanks guys!
