Technician Jimmy Combee provided me with exceptional service in correcting the HVAC duct that needed re-sizing to provide appropriate airflow. Jimmy took his valuable time to explain his work and he is incredibly knowledgeable of his tradecraft. It is a refreshing experience. Jimmy not only corrected the duct issue but he also adjust each and every ventilation grilles throughout my house to achieve maximum operating efficiency by directing the airflow appropriately. I would highly recommend him and his company. Outstanding service and professionalism - bar none.

Jimmy was so awesome, he took his time to evaluate everything ..Was considerate of my home, very calm and kind and knowledgeable ..I would so recommend this company..I've had 4-5 different companies that have done work on my a/c and Tri R Air is by far the best!!!. Maddie was great too she was alot of help ,scheduling and answering all my questions . Happy they were recommend!! Thanks so much.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have Jimmy as my tech twice. He diagnosed multiple issues causing a major problem with my system. He fixed all of them the same-day and thoroughly explained all of the procedures that he was doing. I’ve had no issues with the system since then. After discussing a question about the system shut-down, he made a recommendation and followed-through with it the following month. He’s punctual, knowledgeable, does his research, explains processes in easy-to-understand terms and follows-up. Highly recommend Jimmy and Tri-R!
