Raji was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She responded quickly to my enquiry and was able to fit me in for a valuation before my insurance renewal was due. Raji made the whole process really easy from start to finish, coming to my house to carry out the valuation. She was more than happy to explain to me what she was assessing and to talk me through her valuation process. She was very upfront with everything, happy to answer any questions I had, and also gave me some great advice about taking care of my jewellery. The final report I was provided was very detailed and clear. It was lovely to meet Raji. I would highly recommend Treasured Valuations and will be using them again in future.

Excellent and professional service. I needed an urgent valuation for insurance purposes so I contacted Raji and explained my cirecumstances and deadline to her. I was impressed with her flexibility and that she was able to fit me in at short notice. I was fully expecting to drop off the items to her, so really convenient that Raji came home to undertake the valuation. She presented a very professional Report, well in advance of my deadline, with so much detail, pictures of the items. Raji is very professional, immensely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of advice about maintenance of my items of jewellery. I would have no hesitation in recommending Raji to family and friends.

I selected Raji because she priced based on groups of items rather than % of valuation and she went to client's house rather than client going to her. Raji is professional and flexible in her approach focusing on providing a quality service whilst trying to keep overall costs down. She is friendly and easy to do business with and very accommodating to some of the changes I wanted in the report. Would definitely recommend Raji as an honest, hard working and ethical valuer.
