Receptionist poco disponibili e irrispettose.
Abbiamo usufruito di un voucher regalo per un importo superiore a CHF 1490.-
Al momento del check-out abbiamo ricevuto un saldo di CHF 164.- ancora da pagare.
Mi risulta strano che determinate cose non vengano scalate dal conto, in quanto si tratta di soldi, non di caramelle. Denaro che oltretutto avete incassato con largo anticipo da chi mi ha fatto il regalo.
Per esempio per la cena abbiamo speso soltanto 209.- CHF quando in realtà il valore del voucher era di CHF 290.- .
Mi è stato detto che le camere non sempre hanno lo stesso prezzo. Questo lo capisco, ma mi sembra una scusa ridicola in quanto non si è in alta stagione e non si è trattato di un weekend di ponte o festivi (il prezzo effettivo della camera non mi è stato segnalato). Da segnalare il comportamento di una receptionist riccia (turno tra le 11 e le 12 di ieri mattina 19.10) la quale mi rideva in faccia. Complimenti. La stessa mi ha risposto che se a cena prendevamo il menu le porzioni sarebbero state più piccole. Rispondo alla cordiale signorina che non abbiamo preso un menu da 4 portate a testa e abbiamo mangiato molto meno, tant'è che il costo finale era meno di quanto valesse il voucher (CHF 209 invece di 290). Nessuno in reception ci ha spiegato il funzionamento del voucher stesso, forse perchè non sono madrelingua tedesca, il che è molto discriminante. Con i prezzi e i livelli del vostro hotel, certi comportamenti non me li aspetto. Credo sia mancata correttezza anche nel conto. Al mio problema non è stata trovata soluzione ma solo faccine ironicamente sorridenti.
Per concludere, durante la cena (eravamo seduti al tavolo attaccato alla postazione dei camerieri) abbiamo sentito come riprendevano la cameriera bionda. Molto poco professionale farlo davanti ai clienti.
Non consiglierò questo hotel a nessuno e non tornerò.
Le Chedi Andermatt est, selon moi, le meilleur hôtel de Suisse, sans aucune hésitation.
Nous y séjournons chaque année avec ma femme, et c’est déjà la neuvième fois que nous y revenons… preuve que l’expérience est toujours exceptionnelle.
Tout est parfait : le cadre, le service, l’atmosphère, les moindres détails.
Mention spéciale au restaurant The Japanese, tout simplement le meilleur que nous ayons testé. Une cuisine raffinée, un cadre élégant, et une équipe absolument remarquable, professionnelle, attentionnée et d’une gentillesse rare.
Un immense bravo à toute l’équipe du Chedi pour maintenir ce niveau d’excellence année après année.
Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir !

Magnifique établissement, tout était merveilleux et parfait. De la chambre en passant par le Japonais, le petit-déjeuner, l'accueil en général, tout était juste à la hauteur du Chedi.

This hotel is pure design brilliance! The way they blend the alpine wood with subtle Asian zen touches is totally unique and makes the whole place feel incredibly chic and cozy at the same time.
The service is exceptional, but the real star is the spa—the 35-meter pool area is breathtaking. If you're looking for a relaxing, high-end mountain escape, book it. The room fireplaces are a major bonus too!
