Scam company
This company is a scam. We booked a hotel through them and had to cancel due to an emergency. They claimed to issue a partial refund as an eCredit, but the eCredit is nonexistent and unusable. Their customer service is deceptive, they answer the phone only to say someone will call back, which never happens. No follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. Avoid this company

Money laundry scheme?
I booked a last-minute supercheap hotel in Berlin for a night with a lover. 50 euros of a 120 euro room. After booking, I got cold feet, so I Googled the company and called the hotel. My booking at the hotel existed, but the hotel staff shared a very interesting story. The hotel received the booking by phone. Someone called on a very bad line, claiming to be an agent of mine. They gave several credit card numbers, but most were rejected. Then different people kept calling the hotel back to confirm the booking, all claiming to be my agent. Eventually, when I get to the hotel, everything works fine. And I got my cheap room, but I wonder. Is this a money laundering scheme for stolen credit cards? I'm surprised that the hotel accepted a card with a name other than mine. Maybe this is common? Anyhow, this company is dodgy AF. I'll stay away from them in the future.
TRAVELURO the worst travel company
I booked HOTEL OASIS in morroco, 8 nights from 30 june until 8 july 2025.
TRAVELURO cancelled the reservation with the hôtel 9 days after receiving my payment.
They did not inform me. I had to pay again the hotel.
And despite 6 requests I did not get a refund.
I asked them to start the arbitration procedure but they did not reply

Splitty.com is a scam, anytime they say someone will call you back, they never do, and the call always seems to disconnect, scam, they will book your hotel room for the wrong date, the charge you 2 times for the room, this has also cost my 145$ in international phone calls on my cell phone.
Avoid Traveluro at all costs!
Avoid Traveluro at all costs! (and any of the MANY other names under which the company does business). They lure you with impossibly good deals, and then something goes wrong. When I tried to add a second night to my reservation, they quoted a rate twice what I had paid for the first night, and higher than the highest rate on the hotel's website. They then suggested I book two nights at a cheaper hotel. I agreed, and they then booked me two nonrefundable nights at another hotel nearby, without first checking to see if my original booking could be refunded. They then said, "Sorry, it's past the deadline for refunds," and sent my cancellation and refund request to another department. I checked with the hotel, and the reservation was canceled, but then got an e-mail from Traveluro/Splitty saying that I now had a NEW reservation at that hotel, and with no mention of my cancellation and refund request! Sure enough, they had made a NEW reservation for me at the original hotel! The hotel can't do anything about it, and they have to hold the room for me even though I will not be staying there! I made ANOTHER request for cancellation and refund, but I'm not holding my breath expecting a refund. I'll consider myself lucky if they don't bill me for yet another night at the first hotel!
Fine until I realized they shorted the hotel $$$.
I paid traveluro a certain amount. The hotel received 15% less than I paid to traveluro. Traveluro can't explain to me where the difference of went, nor are they willing to provide a refund. I even asked if there's fees fine, I just want to know where the difference went. This has been ongoing now for 3 months...
It seems they don't understand my question, they keep telling me the following, which is irrelevant to my question of why did the hotel receive less than I paid?
Please note that the invoice received from the hotel is the wholesaler invoice which is intended for an internal use. The price shown on the invoice is the wholesaler pricing of your hotel reservation, and is not any retail / published price which was available online to book.

Traveluro is a scam!!!
They're a scam. I called to cancel a reservation 10 days prior & was told I'd receive a refund & confirmation email. A few days later I called again & was told they had no record of the cancellation & now it was too late for a refund. Hotel said reservation was thru Agoda not Traveluro. Agoda said they couldn't do anything, I'd need to contact Traveluro. Agoda is a partner of the scam company so they can't be trusted either.

Inflexible and incompetent - don't book though them!
Very incompetent and unfriendly staff who won't make a change to any reservation. No matter what there are no exceptions if you call a day or a week late to make a change to the reservation. Seems like they totally don't care about customer service and stick to their "automatic responses" like robots, very incompetent, constantly repeating themselves.
Shady dealings
I was booking a hotel for a 3 day vacation with kayak which connected me with traveluro. Everything went fine with making the reservation. I received normal receipt of dates etc. Went to hotel and everything was fine, unlike experiences others have described. I had a problem at the hotel, they placed me and my children in a room with a urine soaked mattress. We got through it and the hotel moved us to another room for the remainder of the stay, no biggie. The hotel offered to refund us a single night of the stay, which I appreciated. The problem came at checkout. I when I asked about the refunded night the hotel said I'd have to take that up with traveluro, the hotel would refund but I must contact traveluro to receive it. I did that and customer service said they'd pass my request off and I'd hear something within a day or two. I got an email confirmation regarding my request. A day or two later I received an email from traveluro customer service telling me they have a strict no refund policy and would not be giving me the money. So this company received a refund for MY inconvenience, kept it, and refused me. Do not do business with this company, I will never again.

Customer service in this place is dismal, don’t use!
I booked online for a night in Edmonton at the Sheraton, once I hit submit the date was reset to the current date. I then informed the company of this era, who said they will call me back in an hour. It has now been two days and three conversations, and they said they can not adjust the date nor can they refund me. I did inform them that this was a service delivery failure on their part and I was willing to let them change the date on the booking, but they simply refused and referred back to the policy.
This is not the way to treat customers. I have several businesses of my own, and I am totally disturbed that on the first time I used these guys they refused to help.
I wish you to stop payment from our credit card company, and I am absolutely disgusted by the way that these guys are conducting business. Never again.

**Review for Traveluro**
I'm beyond frustrated with Traveluro! I had a booking for $450 that I did NOT cancel—THE HOTEL canceled it. Yet, Traveluro refuses to refund my money. I spent hours trying to explain that the cancellation was entirely out of my control, but their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did I lose my hotel reservation, but I'm also out $450 for something that wasn't even my fault. I’ll never use Traveluro again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this shady company. You’re better off booking directly with the hotel to avoid this kind of nightmare.

Not helpful at all
They are a very unhelpful company. We booked a stay at a hotel in Cancun. It was booked at the wrong hotel and once we realized it, we were told they could not change the booking. No one would transfer us to a manager or when they "tried" the manager was always too busy. Besides the fact that it took 5 phone calls to get someone to call us back and not just send an automated reply email. Because of their inability or desire to help use we needed to rebook at the correct hotel. We will not receive a refund of any sort, so we basically threw away the money we spent on the hotel reservation through Traveluro. Do not use this booking site they are not helpful or easily contacted. Also, when we rebooked to the correct hotel, we got a better price that what Traveluro gave us.

Traveluro sucks
Booked a room through Traveluro for my upcoming surgery and my surgery ended up being cancelled and moved to a later date and they would not refund our money back to us. I am out of work due to needing this surgery and losing that money is unacceptable. Can anyone advise on what we can do to get our money back?

SCAM - reserve room but dont pay the hotel
I wouldn't recommend Traveluro. I booked a hotel with them to attend a wedding - when I contacted the hotel directly to double check that they made the booking I discovered they booked the wrong day. Emailed Traveluro - no reply. Ended up having to call multiple times before they managed to finally resolve it & got charged by phone provider for the pleasure of being repeatedly put on hold for 10 - 20 mins then hung up on as apparently it's a premium rate enquiry line. Confirmed directly with hotel that booking had been rectified to correct date so it was all worth the hassle - or so I thought. Turned up at the hotel only to discover that they never received payment from Traveluro for the room booking. So I ended up having to pay TWICE. Have attempted to dispute the charge as Traveluro have been unable to provide proof that they paid the hotel but they somehow got out of it by informing Amex that the booking was non-refundable, despite me providing copious evidence that they have failed to provide the service I paid them for. So yeah, don't make the same mistake as me & think that if the hotel confirms your booking that it'll be fine.
Worst travel company ever!
Scumbag company! Not customer friendly at all! I booked a couple of nights at a hotel through them. A couple of days later, the family we were going to visit had a sudden death in their family, so we wouldn't be able to visit them. I explained this to Traveluro. Tried to cancel and get a refund. They said I had to provide documentation, such as a death certificate! Very insensitive! I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. They had my refund within 1 day. Avoid this company at all costs! If I could, I would give them "zero" stars!
I booked two dates in July for los Cabos got surprise that they change my dates to September without notifying me tryid to change and correct the booking date they refused and tryid to cancel they didn’t answer me .i am very disappointed and I feel that I was taken by fraud company don’t touch this web site I will keep on writing to all the social news about this company till I get my issue resolved bad company
