I needed a dumpster after a recent storm due to flooding in my basement. Even with widespread flooding in Janesville they were able to deliver one right away. The delivery driver was very friendly and efficient. He easily maneuvered the dumpster between a flagpole and a tree. The dumpster was clean and in good shape. The driver then showed me how to operate the door. This was new to me so I appreciated the help. I had questions before and during the time I had the dumpster and was able to contact them by email and phone. I did have to leave a voicemail but they responded quickly. Talking to Cheryl was a joy. She was always cheerful and helpful. They even let me keep the dumpster a couple extra days. I highly recommend them. They are a local company and extremely nice to work with.

I tried to get a quote for a dumpster for a job.. no call back, just an email saying we don’t service your area.. it was not for my home …. Maybe you should call people back

My experience with Trash Box was great. They where helpfull in helping me figure out what I needed. When I called for the delivery and pick up, they completed the service the next day. I had plywood out to protect my driveway and the landed it perfectly.
