We recently held our annual meeting at Training Umbrella, we had to reschedule due to the weather. But Clare's response to the reschedule went so smooth and fast. The attention to the detail and service is overall outstanding. They always made sure we had what we needed on material, snacks and lunch was delicious. Overall we will definitely come back for our next meetings.

We recently held a work event at Training Umbrella, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They provided a full end-to-end experience for event hosting, which was greatly appreciated. The venue offered the perfect environment for our team to stay fueled, focused, and think creatively. Despite pulling the event together quickly, everything went smoothly. Jason did an exceptional job handling IT and audio/visual challenges, ensuring our meeting operated seamlessly. He and Claire are a wonderful team. We look forward to working with them again. Highly recommend!

Hosted an event for work at the Training Umbrella and the team was always professional, quick to answer and so helpful before and during the event. We also utilized their catering options - which were not only affordable but the food was also delicious. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend using the space and working with the team!

This was a wonderful facility to accommodate our 60 person all-staff meeting. Easy to find, park, and snacks and drinks were provided. They're easy to work with and fully equipped!

Our team has used this Training Lab a couple times in 2023. The facility is nice, and the room is comfortable and spacious. But today I am writing this review to share a great customer service experience I had at the Training Umbrella last week.
I was travelling from out of state to conduct training and was using a rental car. On the morning of our event, I arrived very early and unloaded all of our items. Room was set up and all was good for our event.
Except I never turned the hazard lights off on the car, and I would later find out that the car wouldn't start.
When I was asking an Associate if he had jumper cables, Jason Rogers from the Training Umbrella overheard our conversation and offered to help. That was, clearly, not his job. He heard that I was in a bad spot and he wanted to help. I explained to him that I had left the lights on and couldn't even get into the vehicle to pop the hood. Jason asked if he could try.
No less than 30 minutes later, Jason returned with the keys to the vehicle. He was able to jump start the car and even drove it around the block so the battery would have sufficient charge.
It would have been very difficult to facilitate a training and be available to meet roadside assistance. But I didn't have to concern myself with that because Jason saved the day! I am very grateful for how helpful Jason and the Training Umbrella team were with my group's requests, and I am truly appreciative that Jason helped me get my rental car started. We will continue to use this facility for any training needs in the area.

We recently held our annual Budget Workshop at Training Umbrella, and it was an incredible experience! The staff was super nice, and made it so that we could focus on the event, rather than the logistics. The event ran without a hitch, the visual technology was awesome, the wifi was strong, and the space fit our company exactly right. Thank you, Training Umbrella!

We used training umbrella for our annual budget workshop and the entire experience was absolutely incredible!!!! Their catered food was amazing and homely. We used the bigger room with multiple TVs so our folks in the back could see as well. Made us look VERY professional!!!! We didn’t have to worry about snacks or drinks which relieved the stress of coordinating that. Jason checked on us every day multiple times a day. He was so nice helpful and professional! I would highly recommend for anyone and would love to use their facilities again next year! Thanks so much for everything!!!! 😊

Over the past couple years our organization has needed a place with enough room for all our employees to gather for training and large meetings. I'm so glad I found Training Umbrella! They make everything so easy on me from scheduling of the space to the day of the meeting. Someone is always there to help set up whether it's a simple presentation or a complicated virtual meeting. They even take care of ordering boxed lunches for us.

I've held many events and trainings with Training Umbrella for the past few years and I knew I could count on them to help us transition to virtual events. They helped us host our first larger virtual meeting and everything went so smoothly. It was great to have our remote attendees up on the screen so it felt like they were in the room. I have conducted multiple classes at Training Umbrella over the last year. They always go above and beyond to ensure that we are taken care of. When COVID hit, Jason and his team were able to pivot my in person class of 25, to a virtual one immediately. I have trained 3 virtual classes of various sizes during the stay at home order, and have been able to maintain the same level of engagement as I do in person. This has been HUGE for the success of our classes. Jason and Claire are always available to help with tech issues, allowing me to keep my focus on the class. I can not sing their praises enough, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is needing a virtual or in person facility to conduct training.

We had a huge need for a training space with computers. I reached out via their "contact page" on their website and got a response within the same working day. The Training Umbrella was able to work with us to make sure we had the technology and space we needed and it didn't disappoint. Their whole team was very hospitable and had someone there to meet us when we arrived. They also had signage up to guide our staff to the training room. They also checked on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend them for all your training space needs.

My organization used the Training Umbrella facility for a week long course with 30 plus students this past spring. I found the facility to be just right for our needs. The staff was exceptionally professional, helpful, responsive and available whenever we needed them (in fact, before we needed them!!). We had access to two conference rooms to easily accommodate our group exercises and a small kitchen for cold drinks, coffee, and snacks. And all equipment worked!! The staff attention to detail, their firendliness and welcoming attitude was most noticed and appreciated! Thank you!!
