GOOD QUALITY SERVICE So far, so good, I have done a top-up and a refresher for DS at this training center, I passed each time and I got my certificates without delay. However, I have to take one star away because there are some maintenance issues in the building.

On the 20th of august 2025 i done my first aid at work course and my security guard refresher course and the trainer and the staff was excellent i cant fault any of them they made me feel welcome and was very helpful i will be using them again from Kevin

As always from start to finish a smooth transition. Helpful polite staff , the course instructor instantly put all at ease , very good teaching style and instantly adapted if people were struggling . i have no qualms in recommending the training at the company to anyone , including my own team .

I was so impressed with all the process, as this was my 3rd time at the centre. Also i think if someone failed to complete any of the e test unknowingly they shouldn't be charged extra cash to reschedule. It happened to me and i was not happy. But i definitely recommend 👌
