Superb Experience
I recently had an ear wax cleaning and it was a superb experience. Previously, I had two ear wax cleaning sessions with another provider, but I wasn’t satisfied with them because I didn’t feel any difference after the cleaning. They also didn’t show me any before or after clips, which made it hard to understand whether the wax had actually been removed.
This time, my experience with Mr. Jills Kurian was amazing. I went in with one ear completely blocked and I couldn’t hear properly. Mr. Jills first showed me clips of how deep the wax was and explained everything in detail. During the procedure he was extremely gentle and careful while removing the wax. He also showed me the clips before and after the cleaning, which made the whole process very transparent.
Honestly, I didn’t even need the after clips to know the difference because I could immediately hear clearly and the blockage was completely gone. He also took the time to answer all my questions and provided detailed guidance on what to do and what to avoid to prevent future issues. That’s exactly what you expect from a true expert with great knowledge and professionalism.
Compared to my previous two experiences, this one was by far the best. I’m really glad that I chose Tragus and I would highly recommend Mr. Jills Kurian.
Gills st Tragus provided his usual high level of care. He identified the problem and explained how it will be rectified. He is always a pleasure to see and leaves his patients feeling happy and reassured.
Our appointment today, March 12th, was very reassuring. Gills was so kind and non judgemental . He made his patient feel much better. He is professional with high standards, but has that human touch which is very much valued. and appreciated.

Took my mum today and we were very impressed with the treatment mum received. Jill’s was very caring and kind towards her and resolved her blocked ears very calmly and gently making her feel at ease at all times. We will certainly be returning and I will be recommending the service to friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience again today. My parking was taken care of with no payment require
Jills met me on the 3rd floor and put me instantly at ease. We reviewed my last visit and he examined my ears internally. I was attending Tragus today mainly because I had water enter my ear about a month ago whilst swimming. As I have a long haul flight this coming Friday, I thought it wise to have my ears checked out. The camera revealed that I had more wax build up in both ears. Jills carried out the suction procedure with great care and attention. He then did a hearing test and shared the results with me. Jills advised me to keep using the Earol spray which I will do. He told me that I would be contacted again in another 6 months for a checkup. Today there was a charge but Jill’s explained that this is due to the NHS now providing this service at some surgeries. I would not feel comfortable in having any ear treatment under those circumstances, so I will continue to attend Tragus for the foreseeable future. I am recommending your service to everyone I know!! Thank you Jills for your care and attention today. A lovely respectful service.
