Who's my favorite lawyer? Jardine. I've got nothing but respect for him and his team. We've contracted the Jardine law offices a few times now. From traffic tickets to a more circumstantially serious case, he got results for me and my family. It's impressive to watch how he operates in court. Truly thinks one step ahead and has his client's best interest in mind. He's understanding when nerves run high and is patient to answer the questions that come up. Very personable and kind service. If the need arises again in the future, I'd do business with this law firm again in a heartbeat. Especially for traffic tickets! I'd very much rather pay the Jardine fee and take it to court instead of facing "five years of frustration " with the insurance company possibly increasing rates.

Extremely disappointing experience. Paid a significant amount for what turned out to be a basic, rubber-stamped plea deal I could have negotiated myself. Communication was nearly nonexistent — I had to call multiple times just to get a brief text response. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and client care was alarming. I expected advocacy, but got indifference. Would not recommend.

I was helped out of a ticket by them once, they did a good job. I have recieved another ticket and now it has taken over the course of the tickets original payment period for them to respond to me despite me leaving 3 messages with their secretary over as many weeks. I hope to be able to revoke this review in liu of one that says they did a great job twice
