My insulation was delivered quickly and arrived in good order, not a single dent. Someone even had the foresight to add heavy duty sponge feet to the pallet so I didn't need to faff about with odd sized bits of timber to lift it off the driveway. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful. I was slightly emasculated by her superior manual handling techniques but I soon got over that.

Fantastic service, delivery was nice and early on delivery date. Date given a couple days in advance. Delivery driver Tom was friendly and helpful. Price was the best I could find and when other merchants asked how much I paid they too said they couldn’t beat the price.

Had the products I needed in stock at market leading prices. Prompt delivery of product in good condition with clear communication throughout. All good there really! Minor disappointment (and reason for 4 stars not 5) was that putting in an online order appears to automatically add you to their offers etc spam last, which I didn't want. Another unsubsribe was required.

I ordered insulation boards and insulation rolls. The local roads are narrow farm tracks with restricted access so I checked delivery would be possible. A suitable delivery vehicle was assigned and the order arrived on time and as expected. Friendly driver, good communication with the customer service and a competitive price. Great service all round.

Insulation was all good and a decent price, but unreliable delivery times when you specify a date. There was no tracking number or any notification or contact to say it wasn’t arriving on that specified day. When asking for my delivery fee to be refunded, the company were unhelpful and refused to give this back.

As explained at the time, deliveries are handled by third-party couriers, and unfortunately on this occasion the driver experienced a family emergency which caused the delay. While we always request specific delivery dates from the couriers on behalf of our customers, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally disrupt this.
