I contacted Ash, as I had strange failure with my gaming pc which had not turned on for a while.
I have been quoted a lot higher by another company. Ash fixed the pc within a couple of days. Recovered my old data from faulty SSD, provided MS OFFICE 365 / 2024 LIFETIME and McAfee Antivirus for 2 years. He provided constant updates and best service.
He reassured me that everything would be fixed quick and effective and also his prices are excellent, half priced thsn other shops.

Dropped off my laptop on Saturday for a diagnosis, battery replacement, and thermal repasting. The repair was done within 24 hours, and my laptop was ready for collection on Sunday. Really friendly, professional and reasonably priced service.
Ash even cleaned the inside of my laptop, provided free antivirus, and made sure everything was working perfectly before handing it back. Highly recommended!

I contacted Ash as my pc had begun to run extremely slowly and constantly crash. Its a high end Gaming PC so agreed a time to drop it off and Ash got to work immediately. Even though my worst fears where realised that the GPU had failed, Ash kept me fully informed along the way with messages, voice calls and images . Once we had agreed a plan of action Ash managed to get my PC up.and running again with a new GPU, along with a new cooling system and rebuild. He really cant do enough to be both helpful and thougrough whilst being fair and transparent with his costs . I now have a fully functioning PC again thanks to Ash. I will, and would highly recommend for any PC queries and issues .
Very helpful! I travelled from Brighton to Coventry for the Christmas holidays and brought my PC with me as I had submissions due in Jan for uni. The PC would turn on but the monitor showed 'no signal'. I tried everything suggested online, even called Curry's to see if they could look at it but no luck. I searched for Tech shops online and found Trade City LTD which caught my eye with the sheer amount of good reviews. Thankfully Mr. Mahmood answered my phone call even though it was Boxing day and was happy to help, fixing the PC the same day. Extremely thankful for the help and for saving me from the stress of rushing work for when I go back to Uni. Defo recommend if you have any issues with your tech!
I had a consistent error code. It persisted after wiping my windows, cleaning each component in the pc, putting new thermal paste and so many software checks. Sent it in to Trade City Ltd and now I have a healthy PC again. Many other places in Coventry weren’t able to help.
