I currently had a treatment of reflexology with Tracey and from arriving at Cheshire Health I was made to feel welcomed by the receptionist who booked me in. The treatment that I received from Tracey was exceptional and felt comfortable and relaxed and I have booked in for further treatments with Tracey my whole experience from start to finish mede me feel refreshed highly recomend.

I have been suffering with muscle degradation for the past six years after a major life saving operation and as much as I have tried to build myself up it has been very hard work and I feel fatigued and tired as soon as I get out of bed in the morning after a fairly mixed up nights sleep. I came to Tracy for my first of three arranged reflexology treatment’s and I have felt the benefit straight away, my sleep last night was deeper and less disturbed and I feel this morning like I have had a good nights sleep with my body feeling it has rested. I’m so looking forward to my next treatment next week.

Tracy explained everything before commencing treatment, and asked about my general health. The ambience of the room and background music was extremely relaxing. I enjoyed the experience and felt very calm and relaxed after the treatment. In the days following my treatment, I noticed that I didn't retain as much fluid and felt less bloated.

I’m a reflexology newbie, I wasn’t quite sure how I would like it especially as I am quite ticklish on my feet, I also find it difficult to relax however it is absolutely an amazing relaxing experience… When I’m first contacted Tracey I was experiencing some physical knee and hip pain which alongside physio has definitely eased… On an emotional level I have been very up and down understandably since the sudden loss of a loved one. I’m finding the relaxation aspects of the session and talking with Tracy is definitely helping me with the grieving process… she’s a very good listener and support. I would say if you’re going to try it give it a few sessions to get the most out of it… I’m going to continue but probably on a 2-3 weekly basis Thankyou Tracy

Open minded I attended my reflexology appointment with Tracey to try and help ease my chronic back pain. I am so delighted to say my pain was eased from the very first treatment and what a lovely experience. I am now attending as it’s such a relaxing experience. I would recommend this treatment to all.
