Has new Rav 4s on lot that are just for looks. Everyone of them are supposedly spoken for. Says they can get one in 3-4 months. They want to use the ol bait and switch on you. Walked over to Honda and bought new CRV same day. Toyota of Bowling Green has definitely went down hill since new ownership. Will not be doing any future business. Still waiting on call for Rav 4 arrival date. Thanks again Toyota of Bowling Green.
Excellent out of state experience. They took great care of me and accommodated me at every step of the way. If you are looking for a car online (or even in person) call and ask for DAN HOLLAND! He is a great communicator and did what it took to make a deal!

I went in to have a stud replaced on my Toyota 4runner. I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes waiting for service. I was told it was because they were extremely backed up. When I finally went to pay I was told my bill was $179.46 ($140.00 labor and $19.72 in parts) The remaining was tax.
How does a dealership charge $140 in labor that should not have taken more than 30 minutes to repair? I understand I pay for certified technicians at a dealership but $140? It took the same dealership longer to do an oil change a few weeks ago and the labor was 1/4 of the cost.
Do better Toyota of BG do better.

Regarding the repair, our labor rate is $140 per hour, which is among the lowest dealership labor rates in the area. Replacing a wheel stud also requires removing brake components to properly access and complete the repair, which is why the labor charge was applied.

Courtney Miller is one of the most awesome sales people that I have ever dealt with. Jonathan was great to work with and it was a top notch experience from the first point of contact. He was very quick to reach out when we indicated we were interested in a new vehicle. We had an appointment within 2 hours, arrived at the dealership and he quickly responded to show us the vehicle we wanted to see, we were able to test drive, discuss trade in value and numbers, and completed the purchase and drove off the lot in less than 2 hours. He was engaged with my husband and I, but also very engaged with our kids and made this a very enjoyable experience! Would definitely recommend Jonathan at Toyota of BG!
