We've brought our dog xerces here for boarding about 10 times and they do a great job! We originally landed here because they can manage aggressive dogs in a no-touch kennel setup. Our dog is reactive and we needed the extra perk that most places won't tolerate. Thanks for the consistently friendly staff, great pricing, and easy in and out each time.
someone please please please explain to me how you genuinely don’t call a customer and ask if you heard them right or is this exactly what you want me to do? brought my goldens in for a simple grooming. they asked my wife are we doing the same thing as usual. a trim and a clean up for both dogs. THEY SHAVED MY GOLDEN. how do you do that? how do you mix up trim and shave? is it that hard to comprehend? NEVER bring your pets here. they don’t listen, they don’t ask, and don’t offer a solution to the issue. we were about to send our dogs here for daycare too. i’ve never had such a bad experience with a groomer and holy hell everyone should run from this place if no one knows what they’re doing.

My rescue dog has only been going a few weeks but it’s been a game changer for him and for me. He loves it and comes home absolutely exhausted. He’s so excited to go each time and I think would rather be there than at my house! I’m very grateful for the caring, playful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. It’s the best money I spend. I cannot say enough great things about this place.
Cammie came home on Monday to rest from her vacation stay. We boarded her from May 7 and picked her up May 11th in the AM. I could tell by the pictures posted that she played with friends and had a good ole time not missing us. The best part was, when she came home, Cammie made me a lovely Mother’s Day card. Thank you Town and country for helping Cammie to make card!
I boarded my 5 dogs at T&C kennels for almost a month! While we went on a vacation to New Zealand and Australia? We asked for update pictures from this place? We received barely any info or pictures from this kennel! Why they are getting a two star review? Because they post GROOMING PICTURES & DAYCARE PICS ? This is not acceptable for a professional company! I felt that I was being just brushed off because I was a new client!!!!!! When I called them on Sunday 01/04 at 11am letting them know that we will be picking them up on Monday?? They never responded back! So the next time I need to board my kids it will not be here ! Also my one French Bulldog takes medicine? They charged me for that !! Talk about Nickel and dime you ?? Just ridiculous ! And sad

We have been bringing out dogs here for many years, for both boarding and grooming. Extremely caring, nice staff, clean facility, and they take excellent care of our pets. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
It is a good place, but I feel the price of boarding a cat has really risen. I board my cat there alot. They should have a break in the price if the cat is being boarded over a week or if the cat is boarded alot during the year. A dog needs so much more care, so I see that being justified.
My dog loves this place,Iwould never send her anywhere else.She even gets her grooming done there.Excellent place love their staff I recommend it to everyone.

My dog stayed with them for a whole week and he had a great time! Ace is my first dog and he’s 3 years old. He has never stayed away from home so naturally I was nervous. This place was so reassuring! I called everyday while I was away and they gave me updates and told me he was doing well. Even from the time of calling them to book the reservation to pick up was easy and seamless. I will say I was but confused on the price. I assumed it would be a certain amount based on the per night cost plus the grooming on his last day. It was about double than what I was expecting but I wish I did ask the rep for a full break down. But again based on what the receptionist said on the phone I had an idea on how much it was cost but was surprised at pick up. They did a great job with him so to me it was worth it but I wish I had more clarification on the cost on the phone. I would recommend all family and friends to book with them! Thank you guys so much!
