Our agency specializes in high-value homes, and due to current market conditions, the insurance carriers we represent are not offering policies for homes under 3,300 square feet or with a replacement cost below $1,000,000. While this may limit the options available through our agency, it is not a reflection of our willingness to work with homeowners.

When we're unable to place coverage, we do our best to recommend other reputable providers that may be a better fit. Amica provides excellent service and can be reached through their website.

Fast, easy application process Pros:This was the fastest process ever. From application to offer was just over a week. Everything moved very quickly. I don't know if it's always like that, but it was great. It's small company (about 100 people) so they are still able to move quickly without a lot of bureaucracy. Cons:none at this time . .

Lots of unkempt promises Pros:They do CE hours every week. That's it! Cons:They say they’ll train you, but the training is almost nonexistent — and then they use “lack of knowledge” as an excuse to let you go. There are no warnings or chances to improve. The workplace is full of gossip, and people share your business with management. The people who talk about your business go out of their way to find it, digging into your past, getting informmation from others that don't know what they're talking about. They talk a lot about integrity and caring for their employees, but in reality, they only care about how the company looks on the outside.

Best Decision Ever Pros:After spending 13 years at my previous company, the idea of starting over somewhere new was incredibly daunting. Change has never been easy for me, and being the “new kid on the block” came with a lot of nerves—especially since I tend to be on the shy side. But from day one, I’ve been welcomed with open arms. Everyone has been so kind, friendly, and genuinely supportive, which has made all the difference. What stands out the most is the leadership. My boss is absolutely amazing—encouraging, approachable, and sincerely invested in my success. The department head is equally incredible. They don’t just say they appreciate me—they show it through their actions, whether it’s through recognition, supplying resources, support, or simply making time to check in. That kind of leadership is rare, and I don’t take it for granted. Joining this company was hands down the best career decision I’ve ever made. I am so pleased with Tower Street Insurance & Risk Management. We just moved our three companies' employee health benefits over to Tower 6/1/25. Christy Scorza and Heather Guarnera were wonderful to work with. They provided all of the information before I could even request it. They gave me deadlines and helped me to meet them. They held our hand and successfully got us across the finish line in a less than ideal amount of time, due to our expiring coverage. I highly recommend Christy and Heather. If you have to go through this process, I certainly would want them on my team leading me and my employees through to the very end. Their cheerful attitudes and can-do frame of mind makes them just a pleasure to work with. Heather has been a terrific help to our businesses with regard to HR. She provides sound advice and guides us through every little or big bump in the road.
