Wir haben als vierköpfige Gruppe eine geführte Tour auf Rykers gebucht und waren alle sehr zufrieden mit der Durchführung. Nach einer ausführlichen Einweisung in fließendem Englisch hat uns der sehr freundliche spanische Guide auf schönen, teilweise sehr engen Straßen mit vorzüglicher Aussicht in den grünen Teil der Insel bis zu einer Höhe von circa 1.000 m geführt. Alle Rykers waren in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Mein Fahrzeug hatte eine Laufleistung von rund 6.500 km. Das Handling dieses Fahrzeugtyps ist in Kurven doch recht gewöhnungsbedürftig, wie ich für mich festgestellt habe. Wer mal auf Gran Canaria ausprobieren möchte, sich auf einem Ryker fortzubewegen, dem kann ich ganz klar empfehlen, sich an diesen Veranstalter zu wenden.

Die heutige Motorradtour entlang der Küste war einfach traumhaft schön. Die Strecke bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht und war perfekt gewählt. Alles war sehr gut organisiert und die Atmosphäre entspannt. Adrian war durchgehend geduldig, aufmerksam und hat dafür gesorgt, dass man sich sicher und wohlgefühlt hat. Ein echtes Highlight und absolut empfehlenswert!

This was incredibly awesome! I’ve done a few tours with 4x4’s and this one was far superior! Our guide really let us feel like we were out free riding on a cycle. The bikes are fast, comfortable and the views were amazing! Our guide really made sure we knew what we were doing, and truly kept us all safe! 10 out of 5! Would def do it again!

Für eine Tour mit einem Can Am Riker dürfte es kaum eine schönere Strecke geben, als von Maspalomas aus in die Berge zu fahren - abgesehen davon, dass ich gar nicht wüsste, wo man sonst so ein Vehikel leihen kann. Es lohnt sich also auf jeden Fall! Meine Frau und ich hatten sogar eine eigene Tour, da an diesem schönen Januar-Tag wohl niemand sonst dazu Lust hatte. Adrian hat sich prima um uns beide gekümmert, und es hat viel Spaß gemacht.

Vi descrivo la nostra esperienza. L’appuntamento è in una zona periferica di San Fernando. Uno di quei posti in cui ti chiedi “dove caxxo siamo finiti?” Tra case dismesse, palazzi improbabili e supermercati di quarta serie… Poi arriva lui, luce nella notte, la nostra giida: Adrian! Ci conduce all’interno di una di quelle strutture del terrore fino a un minuscolo garage. Prima che si apra la saracinesca, il pensiero è solo uno: “Ok, qui finiamo a pezzi in un menu turistico”. E invece da quel momento, la svolta. Adrian, con un perfetto inglese, ci dice una cosa non scontata: “io sono qui per farvi stare bene durante il vostro soggiorno. Quindi per qualsiasi cosa, anche dopo questa esperienza, messaggiatemi per consigli”. Bella giocata Adrian. Soprattutto quando hai messo sul piatto della bilancia la questione ristoranti. Facile però con uno come me che pesa più di 100 kg. Finalmente il mezzo di locomozione. Un triciclo tenuto come nuovo nonostante i km indicati sul display testimoniassero altro. Secondo segnale di grande professionalità dopo la frase di qualche riga sopra. Qualche raccomandazione. Una breve prova. Non mi schianto. Autorizzazione alla moglie di salire sul mezzo. Adrian: “partiamo con calma e poi più avanti aumentiamo l’intensità del giro” dice lui dalla sua auto che ci fa da guida. “Perfetto” penso io. Svolta a sinistra, svolta a destra e via con la partenza con calma: strada a grande scorrimento, con doppia corsia. Se questa è la partenza con calma, figuriamoci il resto. Ma non demordiamo! E ovviamente Adrian ha ragione. Dopo qualche difficoltà tecnica nel coordinare i movimenti, il viaggio diventa una straordinaria carrellata di paesaggi, su e giù per la strada panoramica sull’oceano, con la guida che accelera e rallenta ben consapevole del tipo di guida di chi lo segue, delle difficoltà del percorso e delle regole stradali. Uno stop per controllare se tutto sia ok dopo pochi chilometri e via ancora per i punti panoramici dove Adrian si dimostra pure un clamoroso fotografo. Servizio fotografico da 10 e lode compreso nel prezzo e col tuo cellulare. Poliedrica la nostra guida! Tempo di ritornare. Cala la sera. Fresco per me, freddo (ovviamente) per la moglie. Ma essendo gennaio, ci eravamo premuniti con il giusto abbigliamento. Mentre il sole cala alle nostre spalle, rientriamo a Maspalomas e Adrian decide di farci vedere altre strade per poter conoscere meglio il luogo delle nostre vacanze. Gesto, anche questo, apprezzatissimo. E quando hai imparato a guidare questo strano veicolo, è il momento di rientrare. Torniamo sul set dei film horror da cui siamo partiti, ma con un’altra prospettiva. Da lì è partita una delle più belle esperienze motorizzate che quest’isola poteva regalarci. Grazie Adrian! PS Non ho descritto cosa abbiamo visto. Volutamente. Scopritelo voi.

Fantastic day out with Adrian riding the Can Am. Friendly and welcoming throughout the day. Everything well explained and demonstrated before the start and then off towards the beautiful villages in the mountains. Great roads to explore with Adrian leading us on his scooter, stops for coffee or photo shoots on the way. We were sorry that it had to end, we had enjoyed the day so much. Don’t miss this Gran Canaria trike trip We booked this activity before we started our holiday, so glad we did, a great experience to ride through the fantastic Gran Canarian mountain scenery.Adrian was the perfect guide, leading us on his scooter after explaining and demonstrating the way to ride the bike.He told us the history of the island and how it was created from the volcanic eruptions.Coffee and photo stops on the way made it a relaxed, no pressure day. We were sorry it had to end, and we’d definitely do it again.

We had an amazing time with Adrian! He explained in detail how the bike works and what not to do. He also told us a bit of history about Gran Canaria and the Canary Islands. We got some amazing views under his guidance and enough time to take some breathtaking photos. I would highly recommend this trip when coming to Gran Canaria!

Communication was excellent from Adrian The bikes are easy to use, great instructions and run through before you head out onto the road. We chose the 4pm west coast tour, it didn't disappoint, Fantastic views and knowledge and history of the island given during the tour We've been to Gran Caneria 7 times before and this is one of the best experiences trips we have had.
