Total Window Service has been quite easy to work with. We can be demanding and we know that TWS is reliable, reasonable, and willing to put in the time to help us figure out the best way forward. They do meticulous work including VERY neat caulking for security film attachment. We have used them for graffiti removal, anti-graffiti film, security film, an window washing. We're very happy with their work.
This company did my windows in my brownstone apt twice. I had a duplex and the upstairs windows I could pivot open and clean myself, but after years of doing that, I just wasn’t up to it anymore. But on my main floor, you had to climb outside of the (very large) windows to do the outside and after trying that a couple times I didn’t want to do that anymore either. So a few of us in the building got together and brought in this company. They did a great job, including cleaning the filthy screens, cleaning up after themselves, leaving no mess, and at least that time all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended. Money well spent.

The reservation person was very nice. Total windows cost much less than the first cleaners I called. Two, polite guys arrived on time and donned shoe covers before entering my apartment. They showed me three installation problems with my windows and fixed the one they could. (The others were missing screws.). They positioned themselves safely while cleaning. My windows were crystal clean! I will get my windows cleaned more often because Total Windows is so great.
I highly recommend this company and their service. They are very professional, from appt. booking to the window techs, they do an amazing job!
