It’s been great working with Pat.. from the moment i spoke to him, i felt at ease and had a really good feeling about him. Turns out, my instincts were right! The whole idea of buying a property, renovating it and letting it is a complex process that Pat handles seamlessly. Even though it was during the Christmas holiday season, Pat and his team managed to finish the refurb in time for my tenants to move in. I learned so much along the way, and the property has been generating rental income since January. I’m happy with how everything turned out and can’t wait to start my next buy-to-let property with Pat.

Sometime in 2023, I decided that I would like to build a property portfolio in the UK.
