Chantal from Total Property Care has just been to finish off a wax coating on a door that Tom recently fitted for us (who has great carpentry skills). We also needed Chantal to have a look at some decorating that we want doing. She's great to talk to and gave advice on how a few headaches with the decorating (caused by me!) could be sorted. Thumbs up from me👍
Chantal from Total Property Care and Sue from Inside Out decorated two bedrooms from top to bottom. Their attention to detail, especially on the room prep' was excellent, as is their finishing. They were professional, clean & tidy and polite, it was a pleasure to have them in our house. We look forward to them working on the next phase of our whole house redecoration.
Extremely happy with Dan and his Team. Conscientious, extremely helpful and great communication. We had a shocking build from an awful builder and I did not think anyone would be brave enough to take it on and correct all the work. Nothing was to much for Dan and he solved so many problems for us. I can not rate him high enough.
I had a long list of little jobs for TPC and Chantal and Kev rattled through them quickly! Chantal was very understanding when we decided to switch the colour of the bathroom paint after the first coat. :) They both did a great job and were polite throughout. Dan came by mid-way through and at the end to check that everything was done properly. I'd definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

Great experience with TPC. Chantelle & Kev did a great job on the hallway. Sanded, painted including ceilings to a great finish & quality.
Tom did a great job with our vertical panelling around the front door & assisted in some painting on the final day.
Also really pleased with the communication that you don’t often get with tradespeople. Would happily recommend

Dan and his team took on kitchen improvements for me, fitting wall cupboards, building a peninsula breakfast bar, installing a new hob and sink, and replacing the work tops. Excellent communication throughout; quick, efficient, tidy work; and all at a competitive price. Thrilled with the results and more than happy to recommend.
The team then decorated the house from top to bottom, and undertook various other improvements and maintenance jobs. Chantelle was brilliant at advising on the best way to use the colours I'd chosen, and she came up with a wonderful colour-block scheme for the kitchen. Chantelle and Kev made a brilliant job of a tricky wallpaper challenge in the cloakroom; whilst Kev and Tom between them tackled a list of tasks that grew from 9 to over 20 as I kept finding things for them to do! There's very little the TPC team can't tackle, and they do it all efficiently and very, very well. Thank you, all!

Really pleased with the work Dan and his team have done. Working with him was great. He was helpful and friendly, thought about the best way to do things and kept in touch if any issues arose, and was helpful and responded quickly with any queries I had. I originally spoke with Dan at the Flower Show in Taunton and took his business card as I had a second hand gate needing fitting at my property. My original gate was falling apart which he took away and it also needed new gate posts and lock/handle.
Dan came back really quickly with a price and despite having to wait for a break in the recent wet weather I now have the ‘new to me’ gate installed. Superb job, really professional and left my property tidy and clean (and now secure). I will definitely recommend Total Property Services. Nothing was too much trouble and very reasonably priced. Dan fitted 8 doors and frames for me and was nothing but professional throughout. He finished the job quicker than expected, and when we asked him to pop back a couple of times to check a few things, he did so without any hesitation. He’s easy to get hold of, always responds quickly, and the quality of his work speaks for itself. I can’t recommend Dan highly enough and will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Did a good job on both jobs. Would be a 5 but there was a mistake (which was corrected in the process) on one, but he was quick to sort it out. Would use him again. Nice guy as well.
