From my first visit to still being an active patient, the staff have been nothing but kind and knowledgeable. They know everyone on a first name basis and Dr. Balestracci takes the time to explain everything in step by step detail. While I was in excruciating pain, other healthcare centers told me they could see me in two to three weeks, Total Health saw me the following day for assessment and treatment. Although I am still recovering, it’s almost a night and day difference in how I feel.
I would highly recommend Total Health Wellness to anyone in need non surgical back and vertebrae care. They are fantastic.
Bridgewater location is easy to get to from 287 or Rt.22. The services for my back was a good. Can feel improvement. The only negative is they wouldn’t take my health sharing for the 2nd wave of treatment. Wanted me to pay for another service they offered if you are self-pay.
Dr.Balestracci changed my LIFE. I am 30 years ago and was bedridden a month ago. I could barely walk or stand. I needed help putting on my socks, getting out of bed and from sitting.
From the moment I stepped into his business I was treated with so much care and attention. Everyone is so kind and eager to help. I received a very in depth testing of my body mechanics and x rays. Dr.B was very informative and gave me answers from my x ray that I've been waiting to hear for almost 8 years dealing with my back issues. He was honest and clear on the next steps we needed to take for my recovery. I had to make some changes in my lifestyle, diet, and exercise to truly heal. I have been receiving red light therapy, stim, ice, stretching, light massage, and the adjustments.
It has now been almost month of weekly visits, doing my stretches that he taught me, and sticking to his plan. I can confidently say I got my spark back. I am no longer in horrible pain and I am very independent now. I can't imagine where I'd be without his care and guidance. I also drive almost an hour every week to see him because there isn't any doctor like him around. I have never felt this strong and pain free before.

I have been going to Dr. Steve’s office for years due to his unmatched care and chiropractic expertise. He is without a doubt the most knowledgeable and insightful chiropractor I’ve ever experienced. His adjustments relieve pressure you didn’t even realize you were carrying. His consultations are thorough, and he always identifies where mobility can be improved.
His office is truly a hidden gem. If Dr. Steve were overseeing a larger scope beyond his current practice, the number of lives he’d positively impact would be tremendous.

I suffered for the past 10 years with various symptoms that doctors told me were "normal" for my age. And if I wanted relief of those symptoms, they could prescribe something. I hate unnecessary drugs (and their side effects) - and they usually don't work well anyway. So, I declined and tried to work through it on my own.
Now at 55 yrs old, I reached a point where everything in my body hurt - all day, all night. I had no relief. My body felt "angry" inside and it turned against me. My body was puffy and inflamed. I gained weight and couldn't lose it. My stomach felt like a huge open wound. I became incontinent - and it was very embarrassing. I was having headaches on a regular basis. The fatigue I experienced everyday felt crippling at times. And the worst part was my horrible neck pain which affected my entire back, my knees and my feet. It was uncomfortable to sleep at night. I have never found a doctor who is so willing to actively listen, taking the time to really get to know me, fully educating me on what's happening to my body, answering every question I have, and create a functional treatment plan (medical and holistic) including using natural products to help heal the ROOT CAUSE of my symptoms - not cover them up!
I have been seeing Dr. B and his team, three times a week for a month now. In that short time, I have full use of my hands with little to no numbness on a daily basis (I'm crying right now just being able to type this review). Episodes of incontinence have vastly decreased. My leaky gut is beginning to repair and heal itself with my new protocol from Dr. B - it's working so well, my stomach feels much better and today I'm wearing a pair of pants that I couldn't even fit in 6 weeks ago! I am less fatigued during the day too. I have no more numbness in my feet and my knees are starting to feel better. Walking has become a bit easier and less painful. And my neck and back - well, I have way less daily pain and am starting to have a little more flexibility and range of motion. I am so happy with these results and I can't wait to see all the improvements that have yet to come!

I am glad to be Dr.Balastrecci patient and being able to help me out with my back issues and or just going for a regular maintenance adjustment!! Very caring, loving and sweet man who goes above and beyond for his patients and even sits there and listens to his patients!!! I was dealing with back pain for almost a week and half and with few adjustments that he has done for me has made me feel free without pain!!! He deserves 10 stars over 5 stars but there is no option but he gets 5 starts all the way!!! Keep doing what you do the best!!
Had problems with my shoulder after a car accident and was in alot of pain after a couple adjustments I felt a lot better.The best chiropractor care I have ever received. The staff is amazing and treats everyone like family. Dr. Steven is amazing and very knowledgeable, he explains the treatment very well and goes above and beyond for his patients. 20 out of 10!!! I’ve dealt with low back pain most of my life. After seeing my husband’s success I decided to get checked out. What Dr. Steve showed me was that my left hip was several inches higher than my right! My neck was also out of alignment & it was affecting my vocal range. Now I am pain free in my low back & am singing music notes I haven’t been able to hit in years! The staff are incredibly friendly & Dr. Steve has fantastic bedside manner. Cannot recommend highly enough!
