Got to say that the service received from Peter Harris was gold award, perfect gentleman and excellent job done. Highly recommended

TCM tuning was highly recommended to me by a BMW expert, and having had first hand experience of his excellent work on my own car, I am more than happy to recommend him on to others also.

We would highly recommend. Peter came out to our house to fix one of our keys. He gave us great service, was very helpful and has lots of knowledge. Thank you so much for your help, time and patience with a problematic key. We will definitely use you again in the future.

Booked car in for Tuesday 9.30 am didn't turn up .rang him up said he was overworked would be here in afternoon didn't show . Rang next day said he would be here at 4pm guess what didn't show . If you are not going to turn up have the decency to phone customers up .would not be recommending you to anybody . Very poor service.

Booked my car in for a Tuesday morning, arrived at the garage to find it closed. Rang and was told something came up and he didn't have my phone number to tell me. He apologised and said he'd come to me on the Friday afternoon, in his van, instead. After wasting 30 minutes of my day and having to use my sickly car to do it I wasn't best pleased but I figure coming to me worked much better anyway. Friday afternoon comes around, I wait in at home all afternoon and he doesn't show up. I text him to ask if he's still coming. No response. I've no idea what's happened here but this guy clearly didn't have any respect for my time, be warned.

I cleaned my own EGR out a couple years ago and was alright until getting clogged up again, had Pete come out and work his magic with my golf and car runs absolutely spot on and pulls better than it did before. So thank you Pete top stuff 👍

Excellent service, came out within a hour on a Saturday to supply and reprogramme a new key and also repair old key!

My footwell module frm3 failed after a battery drain on my Mini John Cooper works, no indicators, windows stuck down, lights on all the time. After some googling found it was a common fault. msg'd Pete at tcm tuning and I took the module down to him, he reflashed it in a flash (pun intended) and i refitted it outside the garage. Perfect service from a guy who knows his trade. Thanks Pete, got me up and running in minutes. Perfect service

I needed a new car key, and for it to be correctly coded to my BMW. I went to a few places that I thought would be able to do this for me, but the look of horror when I asked, and the only comment that came back was 'No way only BMW can do it for you'' made me think I may need deep pockets! Luckily, I called TCM, and Peter came promptly out to me at the time stated, and did a fantastic job! This has saved me loads of time and dosh not having to go to BMW! I can't recommend Pete enough! Superb service, and he has the technical knowledge and experience too! 👏

Can’t recommend this company enough. Mr Harris travelled to my home to code and programme a new key for my car. He was very professional and had great pride in his work. He was really helpful initially with my request to see if this could be done. Great service and I’m chuffed to bits. Thank you.
