Very easy to book a bouncy castle for my daughters birthday even though I was a bit stumped at times, but every question I asked I had amazing help and made me feel at ease with everything from the timings and the helpfull staff when they arrived. Just kept asking things I was unsure of and they explained everything brilliant service and I will be recommending total bounce to all my family and friends. Thanks again TOTAL BOUNCE.

Great service today - everything from booking a couple of months ago, to reminder emails, payment, set up and collection was hassle free which is exactly what you want when it comes to kids parties! The kids loved the castle and slide we hired and the guy who set up and collected was super awesome too. Will definitely be back!

Used the online booking service for a Pawpatrol Bouncy castle. Called the mobile number a few times on lead up to booking with various questions. They always answered and were happy to help or got back to me via email with a reply. On the date of booking they arrived at Berrow Hall on time, set up, and spoke to me about the do and donts of its use. I signed a form they gave me on the day to say I understood and agreed to the terms of use. Colleted on time and packed away without fuss. All in all I found this service extremely good and the children loved the Bouncy Castle. I would definitely use this service again for an event.

hired both peppa big soft play and castle and originally hire disco dome but unfortunately they sold that onto other company (worst mistake) if I'd known then I would have canceled the disco dome. but the peppa big bundle was amazing set out etc and the people were friendly and good customer services. would hire again but will be making sure it's just them and their castle isn't sold on

Very good highly recommended Fantastic service. Needed a decent supplier for my sons first birthday and total bounce delivered and collected the bouncy castle on time. Staff were all friendly and polite and good quality inflatables 🤌will definitely be using again for future parties.
