Where to start with Bottom Shelf BC? 😂
My first order was good, but quality started to slip and by the 3rd order the buds they were sending were tiny.
Wrote email to support after seeing my oz was shake and tiny little microscopic buds.
I record the opening of all my product, so I even sent video evidence of the entire oz.
I was confident they would see the video and own up to the poor quality of their oz, but instead they just said, "nah it looks fine."
Insane honestly to be able to look at an oz that is 90% popcorn and then say that qualifies for the "Large" sized buds the page had listed.
They offered me $20 despite saying they would "make it right" on initial reply. I told them to keep their $20.
In this saturated market with dozens of options to choose from, stay away from these clowns looking to take advantage of you.
There are plenty of other business actually run by good people that operate with integrity who stand by their product are able to own up to their mistakes.
The perfect example of how this shop lacks this is in their freebie program.
They offer a "free pre-roll" if you spend over $150 but you have to "select" it so despite making several orders, I never once got it, because I assumed they would just automatically give it to you if you qualify for it.
When I finally asked about it after several orders of not receiving it, they told me that I had to actually select and add it in order to get it. Lol.
When you go to the grocery store and they give you little gift sets for spending X dollars, they just give it to you automatically when you qualify because that's good business integrity. They don't hope you're not aware and wait for you to ask about it so that they can save their little gift set.
How stupid is it that you make the user have to "add it to the cart" like it's another product? The only argument you can make is that you don't know if the customer even wants it, but what kind of cannabis buyer is going to say no to a free pre-roll? Just an example the dearth of integrity this company operates with.

Just noticed the hilarious reply.
1) I did not send PICTURES, I sent VIDEOS, so why lie so obviously about that? Stop it. It’s embarrassing.
2)Added pic of email showing clear admission that you got VIDEO.
2a) Notice how they admit the buds aren’t large and then say “so what that doesnt mean the quality is bad!!”
Guess what? It definitely doesn’t mean that quality is good either.
Any knowledgeable user knows that bud size is an indicator of quality since top colas get the most light and development, and can be significantly stronger than the small buds that don’t get as much light on the lower colas.
Imagine you go to a dealership to buy a truck with a long-box, and they give you a short-bed. You point this out and the guy goes “yeah you didn’t get the truck you ordered but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad truck!!!”
Strong mental gymnastics.
3) Funny because you say you spoke several times like that means anything.
You guy’s couldnt even give coherrent responses.
After I explained that due to the poor quality I GAVE the ounce AWAY to a friend (someone green with low tolerance), I was asked to provide ANOTHER video of the buds all laid out…?
How does that make any sense? 🤡
4) If you only meet the minimum threshold for a single free product, why not automatically add it to the user’s cart? Dumb excuse again.

Apparently 4 minutes of video (two vids - , one showing me opening and dumping the pack into the mason jar and one showing me rotating the jar with all the tiny shake and buds rolling around) isn’t good enough for them to admit the product was bottom bag. “We will make it right” my ass.
Stay far away from these jokers. I’ve been much happier with the new guys I order from and I wouldn’t have found them without this awful experience with Bottom Shelf so ironically im thankful to them anyway 😂

We’ve spoken several times about this already. The pictures you sent were taken through a glass jar, and from what we could see, the product looked normal and consistent with what was advertised. Despite finding no issue with the quality, we still offered you a $20 credit as a goodwill gesture, which we believe was very fair — especially considering the ounce you purchased was not a premium-priced product.
Describing the buds as “tiny” is also an exaggeration. While not every batch will contain oversized nugs (as cannabis is a natural product and size can vary), the buds you received were within the normal size range for that strain and price point. We always aim to provide quality and transparency, and we stand by the product you received.
Regarding the free gift, there’s a reason we require it to be added to the cart. We offer multiple options, and not every customer wants the same product (some choose to skip it entirely). It’s a quick, simple step at checkout, and customers who follow the process always receive their free gift without issue.
