Had to book a cleaning due to possible last minute rental opportunity. Did get the job booked the very next day. However, since the job was booked per hour, the worker requested additional hour even with that still left the kitchen (inside of the oven, and the microwave not worked on). Did try to contact the service provider to see if they would do a partial refund or send the worker back to clean the oven and the microwave. But didn’t get them call back. After charged $225 (5hours)and I still have to clean the kitchen counter top, all the drawers, all the cabinets, inside of the oven and the microwave. The house is empty, no furniture, pretty straight forward job. The mopping job is ok but it seems they like to book you per hour, so they can take their time and charge more. Not recommended.

Most of our jobs are quoted as a fixed price, and the size of the property affects that price. In your inquiry with us, you wanted parts of the home excluded + other details and changes. In these scenarios, to ensure the customer is only paying for what they need, we charge per hour with a minimum of 3 or 4 hours. (Hourly Cleaning).
You agreed to the Hourly Clean for 4 hours at a set price.
On that call, our representative informed you of a requirement with hourly cleans:
-Customer needs to be present to ensure we are given clear direction on what to do.. You can also prioritize your checklist. You agreed.
That day, we received your checklist verbally by phone because you did not show up.
You also agreed by phone to add another hour because the list was not completed at the 4-hour mark.
Cleaning is not your profession, so it’s understandable that what you think could take 4 hours takes longer.
Husband came at the end to do the walkthrough, and he was shown all the areas we cleaned. He approved.
If there were things on the list to be done, you could have requested another hour of cleaning.
You were not there to see how efficient the cleaner is, but claim “she took her time so she can charge more,” – Misleading Information
