These guys are great! I hired them as subs to help with a large federal construction contract. They completed over 200,000 sqft of asphalt crack fill, asphalt sealcoating, and parking lot line striping in less than a week. Their work was probably the most complimented portion of the contract. I will definitely use them again!

Top Gun Sealcoating recently completed sealcoating work on three roads in our community, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The coordination between Top Gun and our HOA representatives was fantastic from start to finish. Their team was professional, efficient, and very attentive to detail ensuring that no sealcoat got onto the sidewalks or drain areas.
They carefully organized the project by sections to minimize disruption to our residents, which was greatly appreciated. The finished product looks outstanding, and the entire process went smoothly.

Jake and his crew did an amazing job seal coating the Apple Tree Farm development. As a small development, Jake worked with us and our budget to get the work done as well as coming back after additional repairs were complete to crack fill. Jake was always on time for initial meeting, delivery of estimate and completing the work over multiple days. Jake was a pleasure to work with and we are so grateful for his understanding and willingness to work within our budget. We look forward to working with Jake and Top Gun Sealcoating in the future. We had our basement floor done with an epoxy marble finish by Top Gun Sealcoating LLC, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! It looks amazing—super sleek and modern—and really transformed the whole space.
The marble effect came out better than we imagined, and the glossy finish gives it a really clean, polished look. It’s also super easy to clean, which is a huge bonus.

Jake and the TopGun team transformed our sport court from two worn tennis courts into a beautiful, multifunctional space. We now have four pickleball courts, a basketball half-court, and two stunning tennis courts. I would absolutely recommend them for any sport court renovation, sealcoating, asphalt, or sidewalk projects. Very impressed with their work and professionalism!

Jake was beyond helpful and responsive. He looked at photos I sent of a driveway crack that I needed repaired and since it was a small job, Hake offered to give me the materials to patch the crack myself. He also offered to loan me his propane weed torch to help complete the job at no cost. Jake is all about helping people!

After I showed other photos of needed repairs, he wondered if I would be better served by having an asphalt service repave my driveway rather than having him come to do several patches next spring/summer. He referred me to another company even though it meant he would not be getting the job from me. When I thanked him and told him he went above and beyond all he said was he helps take care of people, that is part of his job. Jake is amazing!
