I've had a wonderful experience at Top Down Dental! The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is clean, modern, and very well organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone—from the doctors to the assistants—was fantastic: friendly, skilled, and always made sure I was at ease. What really stood out to me was how genuinely they care about their patients—not just treating teeth, but taking the time to answer questions and provide personalized care. Scheduling was easy, and I never had to wait long. Special thanks to Dr. Nancy Nehawandian, Dr. Alan, and dear Faye for their exceptional care and kindness. I recently switch to Top Down Dental after my former natural/holistic dentist quit taking my insurance (I was happy with him). I researched extensively to find a Dr. that would be more natural/holistic and not just treat "symptoms" as well as using non-toxic materials. I found Dr. Nancy and have been very impressed with her knowledge, experience but mostly her patient way of explaining treatments and recommendations. The visits are very "gentle" and the experience is "spa like".

I am very grateful to have found Top Down Dental. Their diagnostic, assessment, and treatment techniques are much more advanced than any that I have experienced with general dentists. As a woman in my 70s with some other health problems, I feel that they take my entire medical situation into consideration. Even my cardiologist is pleased that I have found this practice. I have been seen by both Dr. Neheywandian and Dr. Alan, as well as by the dental hygienists and assistants. They are all knowledgeable, good communicators, kind and patient, as well as being skilled practitioners. They go out of their way to explain the diagnostic findings, and help me get through some unpleasant procedures as easily as possible, during and afterwards. The receptionist also sets a pleasant and helpful tone. Their office is an hour and a half from my home, but it is worth the drive to have this quality of dentistry.
