Mike and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, honest and take pride in their work. Wind had dislodged a downspout and loosened the gutter it was attached to. It was hanging off the first floor extension. I called TOP 1 Expert Home Improvements and Mike came the same day to assess the situation. We had 50+ year old gutters that overflowed, were detached in multiple places, and allowed water to discharge between the gutter and fascia. Mike explained how many of those issues could be remedied and rainwater diverted away from the foundation, skylights and extension roof. So we decided to replace all the gutters and leaders. Mike, and his team came the next day, completed the job, and left the grounds immaculate. We waited to write a review to see how they performed while it rained. It was perfect! No overflowing or leaking between the gutter and fascia. The downspouts carried the water away from the foundation and the job looks beautiful!

I had a great experience with Mike, his brother and the rest of the team. I called just a few days ago with what I thought was a simple gutter issue and severe issues with my roof were uncovered (it didn't really surprise me though). The team addressed everything and kept me aprised of their progress throughout the process with pictures and updates. They were patient and answered all of my questions - and fast!
